The space
The villa is spacious and modern with hits of Caribbean design. As you enter the front door the immaculate gardens give way to sleek and contemporary furniture and a spacious living room. The living room has ample seating and is awash with natural light. The 72-inch smart TV is ideally positioned to be viewable for anywhere in the room without interfering with the spectacular views of the pool deck and out-door living space.

Off to the left side of the living room you will fin the large master suite with king bed, walk in closet, on suite bathroom and private access to the pool and surrounding decks. Off to the right side instead you will find two bedrooms. A guest’s suite with a queen bed and on suite bathroom. The third is a garden view queen bed and on suite bathroom. All the rooms are spacious and fully equipped.

On the right side of the living room you will find a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island and bar as well as a formal dining area with quick access to the decks and BBQ. Back from the kitchen you will find an another bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.

Other things to note
The jewel of Langley is its expansive pool and deck on the edge of the canal. Lined with warm coral stone this pool deck is ideal for entertaining. It’s your own private resort with tons of seating, an outdoor dining area, BBQ/poolside bar and gazebo seating with fire pit. Whether you enjoy early morning yoga or late evening cocktails, this deck is sure to be your favorite place to unwind.
