Aguaribay is a spacious, modern 5-bedroom beachfront villa located on Long Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This modern villa is nestled atop a dune, granting spectacular views of the gem-blue waters of Long Bay Beach.


Take it easy on the Sunbrella bed while listening to the gentle lapping of the sea, or make a delicious dinner with locally caught fish in the fully equipped kitchen. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas afford plenty of space for congregating, or you can all settle in for a movie in the downstairs cinema room with cozy seating and a 55″ flat-screen TV. This Turks & Caicos Vacation Villa has an infinity pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning or relaxing in the shade under one of the covered areas. Walk down the stairs to Long Bay Beach to enjoy great swimming or various water sports.


A property manager will meet guests and provide an orientation at the villa. The property manager is available should the guests need assistance.


Long Bay Beach is a beautiful private area of Providenciales. It is a bit removed from shopping and restaurants (it takes about 10 minutes to get to the supermarket and 15 minutes for restaurants/shopping). Long Bay Beach is residential, and some of the island's finest homes are located there, with more being planned. The beach is a good long walking beach, about 3 miles long.



**Payment Terms:

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Please note: We do not accept credit cards for the full rental amount.


Notes:

• We recommend a rental car for transportation on this small island.

• Included with the villa for a minimum of four hours from Monday through Saturday is a dedicated villa attendant who takes care of housekeeping, light laundry, light culinary tasks ,and poolside/beachfront beverage service. Grocery provisioning can also be requested throughout the stay for a 15% surcharge placed on top of the grocery bill. Accumulated receipts throughout the stay are added to a folio presented at checkout and can be paid for with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. The daily start time and schedule of the villa attendant are determined at check-in between the property management team and the guests.

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $400; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
