TC Villas -Beach Villa Sandstone -Facing Smith's Reef!

Beach Villa Sandstone has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and is located right on the beach at the quiet, western end of Grace Bay, which begins almost at your back door and extends for 12 miles along this world-famous shoreline. This villa was just renovated in December 2016; houses are no longer allowed to be built this close to the beach, but this house was "grandfathered in" and allowed to be rebuilt on the original site, right at the edge of the sand.


The famous Smith's Reef is just outside the back door, a colorful tropical reef teeming with abundant sea life. Here you can wade out from shore and snorkel on one of the best reefs in the country. Note: with the coral reef so close to the coast, a rocky strip exists between the sandy beach and the water in this immediate area, but it has various easy access points into the water. This natural rock strip does not inhibit one from swimming or enjoying the ocean.


A shaded deck surrounds Beach Villa Sandstone. You can relax on your deck and see and hear the waves lap right in front of you. From the deck too, you can watch an occasional luxury yacht sail past and enjoy spectacular sunsets and stargazing in the evenings!


Once you leave this idyllic setting, you will find six restaurants, all within easy walking distance at the Turtle Cove Marina. Here you can also find dive operations, fishing charters, sailing excursions, and activities around Turtle Cove. Although Beach Villa Sandstone is built right on the beach and only steps from the ocean, it also has a beautiful pool for your enjoyment. The pool is surrounded by a sun deck where you can soak up the sun. There are also shaded areas and a dining area for al fresco meals, so you never have to forfeit those magnificent views.


In typical Caribbean style, Sandstone has a large, open-plan living area, which combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living area is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The high ceiling creates a cooling and exceptionally spacious atmosphere. The dining area is just as big and offers beautiful views of the pool and the ocean beyond. Beach Villa Sandstone's light and airy kitchen are fully equipped with all modern amenities for your comfort and pleasure.


The beautifully decorated, spacious bedrooms on the top floor each have a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, cable TV, patio doors opening onto the deck, as well as beautiful views of the ocean. There are two bedrooms on the lower level, each with a private entrance from the home's exterior. Each has two queen beds and an ensuite bath.

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Notes:

• Guests are given a $150 weekly AC allotment. AC is available throughout the entire villa.

• Beach-level bedrooms are accessed through an exterior entrance (only) and are not connected to the villa's living areas on the floor above. These feature en-suite baths and garden views.

• The villa is priced for a party of 8 or fewer. If you have more than eight guests, the estate will accommodate additional guests (up to 12; this includes babies and infants) for an additional fee.
