This beautifully updated, ocean front grand suite, boasts 2100 sq ft of pure peace and relaxation!!! NO STAIRS, it's located on the first floor.

Coral Gardens is only 7 mins from the Providenciales airport, this condominium is privately owned and newly updated. Coral Gardens is located directly on Grace Bay beach, this condo overlooks Princess Alexandria National Coral Reef providing fabulous snorkeling literally at your doorstep.

This first floor corner unit gives you the utmost in outdoor views as well as ease of access to the beach and pools. In the morning, wake up, and start your morning coffee in this newly renovated, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. Open up the floor to ceiling, retractable exterior glass doors to the wrap around balcony and the living room becomes an outdoor environment. Go out and read the paper or check your emails with the complimentary WiFi at the outside table that seats 4 or stretch out one of the lounging chairs and enjoy the view of the pool, beach and reef.

This condo is 2128 square feet consisting of a living room with a flat screen cable TV, plenty of seating, a dining area, a kitchen with breakfast bar stools seating 4 and a powder room. The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed, walk in closet, safe, cable TV, large luxury bath with double sink, soaker tub and separate shower. It also opens up onto the wrap around balcony.

The second garden bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, small fridge, coffee pot & accessories, private balcony with 2 chairs and a private bathroom with a shower.

The Somewhere Beach Café and Bar next to the pool is great for those quick breakfast, lunches or dinner, island drinks at cocktail hour, or a lazy morning breakfast.

There are a tremendous amount of activities to fill your days within minutes from Coral Gardens from snorkeling the coral reef, diving, parasailing, walking the beach, paddle boarding, biking, fine and casual dining, golf, tennis, site seeing, boat trips, deep sea fishing and bone fishing

Leanne was very responsive and helpful with the initial booking. She immediately sent all the information about the unit and provided information to assist with restaurants and other questions we hadThe condo was immaculate and completely stocked with anything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay.We were three sisters celebrating one of our 70th birthday.. the view the patio everything about the place was more then we could have hoped for.We can’t wait to come back!The restaurant at the end of the property “Somewhere” was a great place to relax drink and eat!Perfection!

We stayed at this property for five nights. A short walk to the beautiful beach was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the water was rough so we were unable to snorkel to the reef. The home itself was lovely. Kitchen had all dishes, utensils, and cookware that we needed. We especially enjoyed daily visits from the cat who resides at the resort. Our primary contacts were Tyler and Jerome; both of whom were very helpful and wonderful to deal with. We would not hesitate to return to this resort and would very much like to in the near future.

Fabulous, clean, spacious property extremely close to the beach. Steps away from the Somewhere restaurant which was very convenient. Tyler, the property manager, couldn’t have been more helpful! Daily maid service only added to the great experience.

Beautiful condo

The property looks as beautiful as advertised. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all necessary supplies. It was quiet even with the construction next door and none of the construction can be seen from this condo. The snorkeling was also great!

Great VRBO on a great island

The VRBO was beautiful, perfect location, immaculate and it is a solid 10 in my book. The daily maid service with fresh towels was wonderful, having a washer and dryer was great and the view from the patio was the perfect place to have coffee every morning. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. I felt safe at all times (would run as a female at 5:30 am) and there are places to walk from the VRBO for breakfast, lunch and dinner, We rented a car for 2 days of our week long stay to see different parts of the island and was very glad we did that.Taxi service is quick, clean and efficient from the property also.

Fantastic unit right on beach next to pub cafe 50 ft out to small snorkeling reef and a few minutes drive from everything. Highly recommend for casual elegance with daily maid service and attentive staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, plenty of seating for all, and the kitchen is well appointed. The two master suites worked perfectly for us. Somewhere Cafe is steps away and offers a delicious menu. We would book this condo again - highly recommend.

Great property, excellent location, Vern, Tyler and cleaning staff all treated us like family. Restaurant had great food, and cocktails. If you like pina coladas, they make a fantastic one. Definitely would recommend this place to stay. Thanks!

Great Place!

We were welcomed by Tyler who I would give 10 stars. He was so accommodating and helpful. The condo had everything we needed. The patio was great to hang out on in the evenings. We didn't have the best weather (dang wind!), but we did get to get out and snorkel a couple of times. You literally walk out the door onto the beach and the reef is right there. We walked in the condo while the cleaning lady was there a couple of times and she was singing/humming while she's working. She did a great job. Also, be sure to take advantage of your 20 min massage. It was pure heaven!!!

We stayed in #1312. Beautiful, clean, recently renovated and awesome views. Only complaint was the property management hadn't cleaned the one pool the entire time we were there and no one used it. It seemed like 1/2 of the units were being renovated and maybe that was why.

Amazing Vacation

Everything about our vacation was perfect. Coral Gardens is the perfect place to stay. I cried when I walked into the condo - the view is breathtaking. Loved being just steps away from the most beautiful beach. The staff of Coral Gardens is so friendly and accommodating. Having access to beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. They had more than enough. We got the perfect spot, no matter what time we went to the beach. The Somewhere Cafe' has delicious food and drink and the vibe was so fun. Snorkeling right in front of the condo is the BEST. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is right at the resort. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect location.

Wonderful property in a perfect location. Somewhere Beach Bar and Cafe were 20 feet in front of the condo right on the beach. The condo opens completely to beautiful view and fresh breeze. The bedrooms and bathrooms need some serious updating but everything else was lovely. Would come back again.

Great spot

Great location in the lower bight. Bedrooms and ensuites were good. Bed nice and firm. Kitchen and living area was well appointed. Beautiful beach out front. Does not have a high end restaurant affiliated with the property, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Cooked some meals and tried different restaurants other nights. Would stay there again.

Excellent spot with lots of various indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Great beach and restaurant at the doorstep. Very well equipped for preparing meals. Only a few minutes by car from everywhere if you’re going out for dinner or shopping. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Somewhere restaurant is a great spot for meals and drinks only a few steps away from the private lanai. There’s a reef right in front of us for snorkelling and plenty of beach chairs are always available.
