This location was very nice. The only thing we noticed was this place seems like it was for a older crowd while we were there. We would stay here again though cause it was nice and we loved the room.

West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner. The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

Beautiful. Will come here again. Clean great staff. Grounds are kept immaculate. Beach towel service is great & the beach is absolutely amazing. Food is up to par & fine. Room is beautiful & well taken care of. We came for tge beach & relaxation & that was perfect!

The beach was great and staff very polite. Beautiful place. The bed was creaky, made loud creaking noises with each movement

If you could advise us the room number you stayed in it would help us rectify the problem or review the possibility of replacing the bed.

Loved several of the staff members and really didn’t enjoy the rude staff members (there were a few). The beach attendants were awesome. We lost our volleyball in the ocean due to the strong current and they went out and retrieved Wilson for us. Both of the spa technicians were amazing as well. The gym was tiny and a brand new piece of cardio was clanking. After bringing it to their attention a couple times, it was fixed. The breakfast was ok and dinner really didn’t start when they advertised. It would open an hour or two later. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing!!!!!

This was my husband and I first trip to Turks and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. West Bay Club provided us with an immaculate experience from beginning to end. From the views to the room with 2 balconies- one to the pool and one to the beach. The wonderful beachfront with all the water activities you can think of. Just got home and we can’t wait to go back. 5 stars all the way through!

Wonderful boutique hotel on beautiful Grace Bay

Pros: Everything!
Cons: The concierge service was good but not to the quality of the concierge service at the sister property, Grace Bay Club.
Location: You can walk to a few good restaurants and Coral Gardens for snorkeling. We also walked to Bight Park where they have the fish fry on Thursdays.
Our experience at West Bay Club was excellent! The staff is friendly and attentive, the property is well maintained, our Room (107) was a luxury ocean front two bedroom unit that didn't disappoint and the beach is gorgeous!

Great spot for a restful vacation

Pros: The location, the service, the beach, the accomodations
The resort was away from the masses and you felt like you had some room to breathe. The place was well maintained and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I am already planning my next trip back and would recommend the place to anyone.
