It was one of the worst travel experiences we have had. Hotel was very tired. Staff were not pleasant. People didn’t want to help. Food was awful. Beach was very shallow unlimited seating.

Windsong is absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous, spacious, comfortable rooms. The view from our ocean front was stunning! The staff were all so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The stretch of beach it sits on is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen! We can’t wait to go back!

Our stay here was wonderful. My husband and I came for our babymoon, and we mentioned this when booking our room. We were so lucky to receive an upgrade. The management and staff left a fruit platter and a handwritten note in our room, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but very good, we loved the freshly baked pastries that we looked forward to every morning. There were two other restaurant options, Dune’s and Jojo Café, and we enjoyed both. If you’re staying longer, the menus aren’t very extensive, so you might get a bit bored, but on the day we left they opened a new rooftop restaurant with a menu that looked excellent. There are also several other dining options nearby that are easy to get to. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Overall 10/10. we loved it and will definitely be back.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was upgraded to an oceanview luxury suite. It was my birthday celebration, and I could not have been more satisfied with the amenities, the tentativeness of the staff and the food from the resorts restaurant. Second trip to Windsong and definitely did not disappoint. Gery was wonderful, went out of his way to make our trip memorable.
