The rooms were spacious with washer/dryer, amazing reef right out back of the resort was the best snorkeling weve ever done! Food wasnt overwhelming except for the rooftop lounge I had the best Mahi Mahi it was absolutely spectacular. I don’t suggest getting coffee from the Café inside the resort, though the lady had quite the attitude each time I went to get coffee so after the second time, I did not go back. Other than that everyone was great!

The resort was amazing. Great layout/foot print never felt over crowded. The onsite restaurants all offered different dining experiences. Being able to snorkel at the onsite reef was a huge plus. So many different species of fish. Getting to snorkel with the turtles was awesome. The staff was amazing! The rooms were spotless each day. Will definitely come back and recommend to our friends.

I stayed at the Windsong 13 years ago. The upkeep of the hotel was impeccable. The new additions are beautiful. The change was the staff. They were cold & unfriendly. When I ate breakfast I kept seeing 2 girls that worked there staring at me & then look away when I looked at them & smiled. That was how it was for the entirity of the trip with the exception of Raul & Sindy. I asked for a towel at the pool when they ran out & the staff seemed annoyed. My husband asked to take out a kayak & they told him he had to wait 2 hours because of tides. 25 minutes later they gave a kayak to someone else. When I asked why they spoke down to me saying I do not know the tides & were very patronizing. I felt unwanted by the staff. We went to another property for dinner & we felt totally welcomed. I am in the travel industry & this is my 7th time to the island. The people of Turks are the nicest. That is not who was woking here. It is a shame because it is a beautiful property on a beautiful part of the beach but next time I go I will stay at the property where we went for dinner based on the way the staff treated us alone

Housekeeping came twice daily and did a wonderful job. Every employee we encountered was kind, helpful and cheerful. The grounds are immaculately maintained and I’m not sure I’ve ever seen cleaner pools. Food and beverage was pretty expensive, but that’s the way it is on the entire island. Planning another trip for next year!

Simply the best. From reception on arrival to checkout. The entire staff are friendly and ready to help. Food was great, drinks even better. The beach area is excellent. We will happily return.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The resort is SO close to the beach. The snorkeling right outside is amazing. The new rooftop restaurant and bar is stunning. To save money we packed snacks and food for lunch and bought dinner there, the prices weren’t too too bad. About $20-30 for a burger, sandwich, pizza. Happy hour is between 5-6 at Jojos and the rooftop bar. We can’t wait to go back.

O quarto era muito bom, estava sempre limpo. 2 arrumaçoes por dia. As meninas da arrumaçao, muito boas! Chuveiro otimo e roupa de cama tb. Tivemos falta de luz uma noite. Geradores somente na recepçao e segundo a recepcionista foi capaz de nos dizer: a parte mais importante do resort. Ou seja: os hospedes nao tem importancia alguma… É isso mesmo? Cafe da manha, com péssimo atendimento. Funcionarios mal humorados e mal educados. Pra um hotel , independente do preço … jotel = hospitalidade, e os funcionarios fo cafe da manha nao chegaram nem perto disso. Por outro lado, os funcionarios do roof top nos atendeu muito bem qdo almoçamos la.
