This two-story condo is part of a charming bayfront complex with grounds that include a wonderful communal deck and beach. The location gives you the best of all worlds, with the heart of downtown less than a mile west. You'll be close to excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries, not to mention the festivals that fill the town from May until October. Beach-goers will be within a four-mile drive or bike ride of Long Point, Race Point, and Herring Cove Beaches as well.

After a day spent swimming, whale-watching, or playing a round at Highland Links (six miles south), come home to soak up the view of the bay from your private deck overlooking the beach. In addition to the lower-level communal deck, the private deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset meals, and after-dinner cocktails.

With its white shiplap walls and plentiful windows on two sides, the living space is full of natural light and big bay views. Enjoy a recently renovated kitchen with every essential (including a stainless steel gas stove), a built-in dining table, and an airy living room where you can stream movies on the smart TV. The window-lined bedroom - accessible via a spiral staircase - is a loft-style room lined with windows, allowing you to wake up each morning with a view of the water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
