Privacy and comfort are paramount in these downstairs sleeping quarters, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. Siren’s Hideaway features one comfortable and thoughtfully designed sleeping area with a King Bed located on our lower level, providing space for a restful night’s sleep away from the morning sun. You may need to set an alarm to wake up in time for brunch!

Siren’s Hideaway offers a well-appointed bathroom for your convenience. It includes a shower/tub combination, ensuring you have everything you need to freshen up after a day at the beach or a night on the town.

Our jacuzzi tub is not working at the moment - sorry about that! You’re welcome to use the tub and shush around a bit to create bubbles :)

Siren’s Hideaway boasts a well-equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a stone backsplash. It's an inviting space for cooking and dining for when you need a night in.

The living area on the lower level provides a cozy space for relaxation. You'll find a large 50” TV for your entertainment needs, ensuring you have plenty of options to unwind after a day of adventure in Provincetown.

Throughout Siren’s Hideaway, you will see original artwork - local photos of Provincetown taken by Jason, large acrylic paintings by Jason’s mother (a renowned artist in New York), and local lithographs from Tim-Scapes, located right on Commercial Street.

While our outdoor space is limited, our entrance is located alongside a tranquil pathway beneath a stunning canopy of tall bamboo from our neighbor’s yard.

We're right across the street from the public town beach and we love walking over there to watch the sunrise with our morning coffee.

There is an outdoor shower during warmer months that everyone in the building can use (you plus the other residents). Please note that grilling facilities are not available, and all other decks and grounds belong to other units within the building.

✮✮ DEEDED PARKING ✮✮

Yes, we have a free parking spot for you to use! Our parking spot is #2, fits one mid-sized vehicle, and is the farthest one on the right next to the wooden pathway.

The spot is narrow, but fits most small and mid-sized vehicles (I have a Jeep Cherokee, and we fit just fine, but anything larger such as pickup trucks or oversized SUVs will not fit).

If someone is parked in the spot, check with the other unit renters in case they are parked there erroneously.

Alternatively, the West End Parking Lot is conveniently located across the street. Parking is first-come, first-serve. 45 parking spots. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1st - November 3rd, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is by the hour, and a 24-hour parking fee is $30.

We understand that your furry friends are part of your family. Siren’s Hideaway is a dog-friendly retreat, so feel free to bring your canine companion along for the adventure. Please let us know in advance if your furry friend will be joining you on vacation.

We're no strangers to hosting dogs at Siren’s Hideaway and have hosted well over 200 furry friends over the years. We understand that not all pups are fans of spiral staircases. We had a 55-pound lab/vizsla mix, and here is what we did with her before she passed - for a smoother transition between upstairs and downstairs, consider using the sliding door from the downstairs master bedroom. It leads to a short outdoor staircase and the pathway you arrived from, granting easy access to the upstairs and Commercial Street.

Apart from the owner's closet, feel free to utilize every room in our unit.

Our building is one of the most historic homes on Provincetown’s West End. The perennial gardens and ship’s mast out front have been a part of the community for generations!

Our building is made up of four individual condo units. Ours is Unit #2. While none of the unit owners live in the building full-time, don't be surprised if you see the other owners around, because all of us also use our homes when we’re visiting Provincetown. Every unit owner rents to guests like yourself! Feel free to greet whoever you see if you’d like — it's all part of the friendly Provincetown vibe.

Please note that the front garden decks and patios along the left side of the building belong to other units, so they're not part of your rental. The native plantings, however, are beautiful to admire!

This unit offers a number of benefits, including comfort, spaciousness, dog-friendliness, privacy, and a central location that's just mere steps from Commercial Street and the beach.

We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others, such as an exterior pathway with some steps up and down, or bedrooms on a lower basement level, so please review the listing prior to booking.

Being part of a multi-family building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Sometimes, we might hear footsteps or another dog.
