We're just 15 minutes from Sundance Resort, 10 minutes from Deer Creek Reservoir, and steps from a scenic walking path to the Provo River. This cozy modern retreat features 2 bedrooms + a loft/game room with two convertible couch beds, perfect for families, remote workers, or small groups. Whether you’re here to ski, fish, hike, or just relax — you’ve found the perfect place.

You’ll have full access to the entire home, garage, yard, and loft space. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy and secure. Parking is free and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles (1 in garage, 2 in driveway)

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in southern Heber Valley. Safe, peaceful, and surrounded by natural beauty.

Getting Around:

Most guests drive, but once you’re here, you’ll love walking:

• Direct walking path to Provo River for fly fishing or quiet strolls

• 15–20 minute scenic drive to most destinations in the area

• The roads get paved quickly, but we do recommend 4x4 or AWD when staying in the winter
