Large hole in the parking lot. Not blocked off. Very dangerous. Holes in the ceiling. Discusting lobby restroom. Staff unattentive. Never stay here again.

There was a big hole in the ceiling of the lobby and garbage and yellow tape on the floor. There was another hole in the hallway ceiling with buckets of garbage and yellow tape on the floor. The ladies room was filthy, one stall was blocked and the toilet was running. The next toilet was plugged with feces and water filled to the rim. The next toilet could have used a good cleaning. We stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes along with another family as there was a sign that read, "be back in a few minutes". Finally looked in the office and the clerk was putting her makeup on. We rang the bell and she came out. Breakfast was so so. We had to move rooms because the bathroom light did not work in the 1st room. Will never stay at this hotel again or another Whyndam.

Staff was great friendly. Room was a firetrap with exposed electrical wires hanging out of outlet under the bed; surge protector used for too many outlets. Lots of unpainted, bare spots on walls. Grossest condition was watching runny-nose staff person checking on breakfast items, whistling while lifting and looking into warm food holders, then wiping nose with back of his hand before repeating the process of opening and whistling and looking into another food warmer. Pretty gross.
