Colorado Comfort in this brand new 2.5 bedroom house with Hot Tub and near Lake!

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this brand-new house opened in June of 2025. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds and the other is an office with an option for a small twin bed set up. A Mac computer is available for your convenience and work workstation. Both bathrooms feature nice showers. Enjoy a nice soak on the patio in the hot tub or relax by the fire pit. A smart TV in the living room makes it convenient to watch your favorite channels. Washer/Dryer on site. The 2-car garage offers convenience for your vehicles. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. This is a duplex unit, but the other side is also quiet and private. Many nearby things to do and see including Lake Pueblo and the Pueblo Riverwalk. Union Avenue is a popular spot for antique enthusiasts and trendy shops. Pueblo West is a nice area as well and spacious so you often have a nice view and can enjoy seeing deer roaming into the yard. The latest enhancement to the area is a beautiful area along the Fountain River connecting Pueblo West to Pueblo where tubers and kayakers enjoy water fun. A well manicured bike trail along the river offers a great afternoon ride. Pueblo West is conveniently located just about 10 minutes from Pueblo, 2 hours south of Denver, and an hour from Colorado Springs. The community is safe and friendly.

My daughter and I started here and i can say that this was by far the best from accessing points to amenities, the place is very welcoming super clean and overall from top to bottom this is a 10 plus, the host was very kind and helpful providing all details, im super pleased that we had such a pleasant time.

We were pleased immediately from the curb appeal to opening the front door & seeing the beautiful entryway. The decor is absolutely beautiful & we loved the color scheme. This duplex is immaculate: clean & appears to be a new build. We appreciated the coffee maker & everything a coffee drinker could need to go with it. Our stay was nearly a week, so the washer & dryer were a definite plus. There’s a covered patio out back with 2 seating areas & a firepit. We loved getting up early to drink our coffee on the back patio & were surprised with deer & rabbits. The neighbors are quiet & we tried our best to return the favor. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Every room was beautiful, clean & well stocked.

Could not be better!

Sit back and relax. This place has everything. They thought of it all! The place, itself, is well laid out, immaculate, private, clean, homey and beautifully decorated. The patio was awesome. My husband loved (LOVED) the incredible hot tub. I highly recommend this place!

More bang for ya buck

Very nice quiet duplex, and you get the bigger unit. Neighborhood very nice and friendly and my best friend and son had a great stay and the hot tub was a bonus after hiking at Lake Pueblo state park, which is very close and lots of stores nearby. This is a very lovely duplex check it out you want be disappointed. I'm already planning another trip and owner very nice and answer all your questions. Overall great stay 5 out of 5
