Zentrale Lage, abgewohntes Appartement

Zunächst einmal eine tolle Lage, mit Blick auf den Ozean und den Lago Martianez. Auch die Nähe zum Zentrum und zu vielen Bars, Supermärkten, Restaurants und der Haltestelle der Loro Parque Bahn.Nun zum Appartement, ausgestattet mit Doppelbett im Kingsize Format, Küchenecke mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, sowie alten Wandschränken.Möbel und Badezimmer ist sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Auch bekamen wir Besuch von Ameisen, Kakerlaken, sowohl die großen afrikanischen als auch die kleineren, wir haben sie selbst bekämpft um chemische Gifte zu vermeiden. Irgendwie sind alle Fenster defekt, entweder man bekommt sie gar nicht auf oder gar nicht richtig zu. Bei Wind zieht es und macht auch starke Geräusche. Bilder an der Wand hätte man teilweise besser gleich weggelassen können, so hässlich.Im Treppenhaus sind Flansche für Rauchwarnmelder angebracht, m. Wissens Pflicht in der EU auf jeder Etage. Jedoch befinden sich am Flansch keine Rauchwarnmelder, also ein sicherheitsrelevanter Verstoß gegen bestehendes Recht. Im Treppenhaus befinden sich ein manueller Feuermelder und ein Feuerlöscher.Wir sind weniger Tage im November, Dezember und wenige Tage im Januar hier gewesen, Pool ist fast immer im Schatten und sehr kalt. Es gibt aber noch eine Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach des 2. Gebäudes. Dort scheint langeHauses die Sonne. Aber
