This luxury Two-Bedroom studio on the first floor has been conceived for the demanding guest. Both bedrooms are equipped with a King Size Bed, ensuring maximum comfort and space for a group of up to 4 adults. The design is sophisticated, blending Coastal Tradition and Vanguard Fusion. It features a Full Bathroom with a bidet. The modern Kitchenette with a refrigerator and induction cooktop allows you to maintain your lifestyle. The Dining Area offers a pleasant space to share. Its biggest draw is the private Terrace offering spectacular sea views, the perfect setting for a sunrise coffee or a sunset drink.

The proximity to the sea (200 meters) is a privilege, but please note that the sea breeze and tropical vegetation are part of the experience. We invite you to enjoy the sea views from the Roof Top. Smoking/Substances: Smoking and consuming illegal substances inside the studio and common areas are prohibited. Plumbing: Critical Warning: DO NOT flush paper, towels, or any objects down the toilet. Sensitive plumbing. Linens: Avoid using towels to remove makeup or bronzer. Pool: Hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (swimsuit mandatory). Food, glass, or cigarettes are prohibited in the pool area. Aesthetics: Do not hang clothes or towels on windows or visible balconies. Replacement: Loss of keys, access cards, etc., incurs a $20 USD fee per item.
