Relax in this beautiful condo located in Phase 1 Topaz Building that has the best pools, lazy river, water slide, and heated spa.

The living room has a plush queen sized sleeper sofa and love seat with ottoman. Sit back and relax, listen to music on the stereo or watch a movie on the 55" flat screen smart tv.

The master bedroom consists of a comfortable king size bed and opens to the patio. There is a 52" flat screen smart tv for your enjoyment as well.

Bedroom 2 consists of a comfortable queen size bed and opens to the patio as well. There is a 42" flat screen smart tv for your viewing pleasure.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a delicious meal to enjoy in the dining room or on the patio.

The patio is the largest of the two bedroom condos. Relax with your feet up at the sofa or take a nap on the lounge chairs. Afternoon sun allows private sun bathing on the patio. Enjoy breakfast and dinner at the patio dining table that seats six.

I fell in love with Rocky Point and Las Palomas! The resort was great.... checking in with Casago was great... and the host Joanne was the best! She answered questions and gave great suggestions. So happy we found this place!

Great stay

Great property, clean and well stocked. Managed by Casago instead of Las Palomas. This is a good thing, unlike previous times when I stayed here, the checkin process was fast, seamless, and easy. I recommend Casago-managed properties.

Awesome vacays

I really recommend staying here! Host, Joanne, is very attentive. She answered every question/concern I had. Only issue we had was that there was no hot water, however, it was not a big issue. Weather is really hot lol. Condominium is really nice and clean. Love the ocean view! 100/100 Staff hotel was very helpful and nice with every member of my family. We had a blast! Thank you, Joanne!

This was such a nice condo and resort. I will definitely book this condo again. I did have an issue was the bridge door wouldn’t completely close, went to the front desk and they were able to sent someone to fix it. Also, the condo wasn’t completely cleaned, a lot of dirt in the floor and in both showers had some black areas
 I’m not sure if it was mold or back of the tile?? On the master shower the water doesn’t drain completely so I think that might be why. Other than that, the condo was well equipped and nice decorations. I will definitely book this condo in the future:) host was nice and answered any questions I had.

Las Palomas summer fun!

We had the best time in Rocky Point and loved staying at this condo in Las Palomas! Was very clean and comfortable and beautiful views.! Loved being right in the beach and loved the pools and lazy river! This place was top notch! Thanks so much!

Fall break

We had a wonderful stay. Spent our time at the beach and pool with friends also visiting. Condo was perfect
 plenty of room. The staff are wonderful and kind with our children. A few concerns: The broom in the room was broken so we struggled to clean up a spill. The elevator was iffy (one broke down), but the stairs were easily accessible. Check in was long and inefficient - even after checking in online. One last note; we were there during a water concern and limitations were in place. There was limited communication from our owner; we actually informed her of the issue. Many of our friends received reimbursements or offers for future free nights/ discounts from their owners and we didn’t not receive any feedback when we asked, which was disappointing. Honestly, the facility should have given a food/beverage credit per day of inconvenience since all rooms were impacted. Any acknowledgement and compensation would have been appreciated.

Beautiful!

I was very impressed with the property. I loved the beach and all the amenities that came with it. The people were very friendly. There were a couple of issues that we encountered. First, there was only 1 functional elevator for the entire building (which also broke down for an entire day). Second, there was no water for several hours per day. We had to wait until night to take showers, do dishes and wash laundry. The issues were mainly with the building and the city. The unit itself was beautiful and we would love to stay here again.
