Bella Sirena BB 101 Ultra Modern Ground Floor Large Patio Ocean Front Condo

Exceptional ground floor unit with an extensive patio, fine furnishings, and elegant design in this Bella Sirena Resort condominium.

Once inside the unit, you will appreciate the style and comfort of the furnishings. A granite counter defines the kitchen, providing bar stool seating. The living room looks out over the patio, and has a large screen TV, internet access, and comfortable sofa and chair.

Both bedrooms afford King sized beds, along with their own televisions. The master has an attached bathroom of it's own, and seperate patio access. A washer and dryer in the utility room is provided for extra convenience.

Rich details and bold design make this condominium an outstanding, tranquil spot to enjoy a beach getaway. Rich wood and lively colors are featured in the main living area, along with a large dining table. The kitchen presents a raised granite countertop with bar stools, providing extra seating, along with a casual place to get together. Lots of cabinets, appliances, dishes, and more turn this into a very complete place for meal preparation.

Please be advised that before heading to the property, you must stop by our office to pick up the keys.

The main living area shares the comfortable living room, and a long wooden dining table for six guests.

The Resort is known for its rich landscaping, bringing a tropical vibe to your beach experience. Many sparkling pools and jacuzzis are there to greet you. The excellent beach is just a short distance away.

AVOID CASAGO

Loved the resort and the room but highly highly recommend avoiding you book it through VRBO if it’s with Casago. You have to go into town to Casago building to check in, check in again at resort, same paperwork at both and two wristbands, and then you can’t even get into room until Casago calls you with the code to get keys from the box. Really super annoying and inconvenient and unnecessary in my opinion. Also parking is minimal at resort is only other downfall. Rest amazing

Peaceful retreat

I enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing. There was convenient access to the parking lot and the entrance. There is a pool immoas you exit the patio and and the main pool is also very close. Owner provides towels and the patio is absolutely perfect for privacy and relaxation. The kitchen has all the amenities to cook if you choose to stay on the premises. The AC runs great. I would definitely stay here again.

Check In/Out process & Alarm in condo

The check in process was a bit a bothersome, first having to check-in @ Casago then check in again @ Bella Sirena. Also checking out was sort of ridiculous. I had called Casago the night before to see what the check out process was & they told me that I had to return the key to their office & they open at 7:00am, we got there at 7:30am & the place was not open, so I called & they told me to drop off the key in a little hole at the bottom of the front door (the front door glass was broken in the very corner, which created a little hole where I had to put the key). It would have been better if we could have left the key inside of the condo or at Bella Sirena. Also, the alarm on the front door of the condo was very irritating, it kept sounding off every time we unlocked the door. There was a concert near by & they were doing fireworks (the fireworks were pretty strong & the ground would move) which cause the alarm to sound off, so the alarm was going off & on constantly while the concert what happening. It was very hard to sleep with the sound of the alarm & the concert. The alarm should be deactivated, it's really a problem. Besides these 2 things we really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful & clean.

Comfortable and nice condo.

The condo was comfortable and nice. The beds were great. The extended patio was really nice. It had great access to the parking and pools. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, unable to see the ocean from the room, however it's been one of the nicest placed we've stayed in RP and we go once or twice a year. Was bummed the resort itself didn't have a store or gave pool towels, but you do have access to the store in the resort next door. I'd stay again.

FACTS ABOUT THIS CONDO

This is a ground floor unit which is why we chose it however we will never stay here again. This was by far the worst condo we have stayed in at Bella. The listing says it sleeps 6 however it does not! There is a king bed in both bedrooms that have original sagging uncomfortable mattresses and a couch in the living room that does NOT turn into a sleeper. The kitchen has broken cookware, zero mixing bowls, plastic utensils from the dollar store, no coffee maker and zero towels. We stayed for 4 days and didn’t have cleaning services once. In fact each morning we received a trash bag on our front door w 2 rolls of Toilet paper, a singular dishwasher cube, a roll of paper towel and a trash bag. We found this super odd. There is zero hand soap or shower items in either bathroom and you are only supplied with 2 bath towels per bathroom (but it sleeps 6 yet only 4 towels- what the heck) The property is run by a property management company called Casago. If u rent from this agency you have to go downtown to get your keys and check in before you head to the hotel. I would not suggest B-101 to anyone!

A lovely visit to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Bella Sirena. The condo is lovely, the property is beautiful, and the beach is gorgeous. I particularly liked the furnishings in our condo and the bed was very comfortable. Although we didn’t have hot water when we arrived and I couldn’t reach the manager by phone, they responded quickly to my email and resolved the problem. We also were not aware of the strict policy prohibiting any visitors to the property, including my friends bringing dinner. However, security is very good, and it is a safe place to stay.
