Our stay was wonderful!! The house was clean and well equipped with beach chairs, toys, big umbrellas. The community was beautiful well maintained, clean we felt safe the whole time there. The security was very nice. They are there 24/7. You see them walking around. Bibiana the maintenance manager was amazing! She was very helpful with any concerns or questions we had. We absolutely loved our stay at casa Brisas and will be coming back again!

Family Vacation

Very nice home in a great neighborhood close to ocean. Easy to take everything down to the beach for the day and then en easy stroll to the hot tub and pool in the evening. Home well equipped with all things you would need for a great beach stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

House is very well maintained! Clean and accurate in description.. Ocean front property, second house from the beach.. Very quiet and secure neighborhood! Small maintenance issues were addressed promptly with local maintenance person. We will be back!

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great stay and the home worked well for our group of 6 (teens & adults). The kitchen was well appointed, and it was helpful to have all of the beach equipment and paddle boards available so we didn’t have to haul our own down this time. The location is the second back from the beach and has a nice ocean view from the patio while being just a couple minute walk to the sand. We’ve rented various houses and condos in RP the last 14 years and this has been one of our favorites. We would definitely rent again.

Home Away From Home

Beautiful property. Right on Sandy Beach. House was perfect. Great kitchen set up which we love as we like to cook and the kitchen had everything! Comforatble furbiture theoughout and my friend and I both fell in love with the sheets. Host was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. They had chairs and paddle voards in the garage for use also. We arrived in the dark so seeing the gouse nunber was almost impossible. Thankfully we ate very familiar with Costa Diamante and figured it out quickly. This community has 24 hour security which makes it extra safe. The location is perfect to get anywhere ! We will be back!

We enjoyed our weekend at Casa Brisas. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING. The property manager is nearby and was welcoming and accommodating. She arranged massages for us who came right to the house. The house is a bit dated and the margarita deck could use some renovation and comfortable furniture to enjoy the view.

We loved everything about this property. Stayed here with our four teens and we all enjoyed the beach (steps from the house) and pool together. Nice, quiet neighborhood and beautiful home to relax and enjoy family time. We’ll be back!
