Take a stroll through the resort`s pathways surrounded by an 18-hole putting golf course and reach the stunning sandy beach. Relax at one of the three pools, each offering a breathtaking view of the beach, or unwind on the spacious patio with a picturesque view of the town and Sea of Cortez.

The condo offers a comfortable layout and is tastefully decorated and fully equipped for a perfect stay.



With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condo can accommodate up to 7 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with double vanity sinks and a stand-up shower. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and a private closet, with a guest bathroom just across the hallway. There is a twin sleeper chair in master bedroom and a full size air matress that is provided if needed.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and all new appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, blender, toaster, crockpot, traditional coffee maker, Keurig maker, dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and silverware. Enjoy filtered water from the new reverse osmosis system at the sink. Casa Blanca B-104 was a perfect site for my first visit to Puerto Penasco. The hosts were super-responsive, the unit was immaculate upon arrival, and everything was just as described. The property overall shows some age (the water feature was not working, perhaps something seasonal as no one appeared to be working on it, many of the trees and bushes look less than healthy, etc.). Also, this property appears to be the site of a large Spring Break party zone at the beach (chairs and tables and lounges were helter-skelter, wholly unoccupied during my stay). The resort is super dog-friendly though and the unit accommodated us all without complaint.

Fantastic property

One of the nicest condos we have stayed in over the past 25 years of renting all across Sandy Beach. They obviously take their jobs seriously, because I could not find a single thing wrong. If you have pets and you don't own on Sandy Beach, you need to rent this place! We will be back for sure.

This is not the first time we visit Casablanca, what we noticed is that they removed the grass around the buildings and replaced for gravel, this is very hot for the feet on our pets when they go to do their business, we just found one spot of real grass next to our building, but it was recently planted

Great spot at Casa Blanca Golf Villas. For our first visit to Puerto Penasco this condo was perfect. Large kitchen, comfortable rooms and nice patio. We enjoyed the beach near the complex, the pools and the putt putt course. We would stay again.

Well, first of all, there was no water running around throughout the resort as it showed him the pictures the grass was dead in most places, dead palm tree leaves, hanging all over everywhere. There was no fitness room. Nothing was really as it was portrayed to us on the web

Great Spring Break Vacation Spot

The condo was clean and spacious, as advertised. The heated pool was right outside of our patio and it was just a short walk down to the beach. Check in and check out we’re easy. We would definitely stay here again!
