CHARMING BEACHFRONT TOWNHOME IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Casa de Juega is a charming, true beachfront townhome located in the Las Olas section of Las Conchas, Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico, with lovely views of the Sea of Cortez. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.
BEDROOMS – The master suite includes a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed with access to a hallway bathroom. The third bedroom serves as a second master suite, complete with a king bed, a private exterior entrance, and a beautifully tiled bathroom.
KITCHEN & LIVING – The fully equipped kitchen includes most small appliances — a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave (please note: no dishwasher). The living and dining area features a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs) and opens directly onto a patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Enjoy the ocean-view patio, furnished for relaxing or dining, complete with a charcoal barbecue (bring your own charcoal) and an outdoor foot shower for rinsing off after the beach.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES – Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, reliable Wi-Fi, a local telephone, and Satellite TV with DVD/VCR, CD, and radio.

Javier was amazing at check in. He helped us out with great information and directions. House was incredible! They have bidets!! Surprised it took so long to realize the value on septic. Make sure to bring your own drinking water or plan on buying some there. Will stay again and again. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful time here with our small children. The beach is lovely and we had perfect weather in late November. The house is very comfortable and clean with colorful tile work. There is lots of kitchenware and sand toys. Overall a fantastic stay.

Welcoming place to stay

This property was a very enjoyable long weekend for us. It had plenty of room for just the two of us, but left such a warm welcome that we would rent this property again with our adult children along for the trip. Clean, cozy and everyone was super helpful!

This was a beautiful casita right on the beach. The unobstructed access to the beach with beautiful views and warm water was priceless. The casita is new or very recently renovated and had all of the amenities we could ask for in our 3 night stay. We cooked in the kitchen looking out through the open plan living room and the big sliding glass doors to the ocean. The casita is spacious and having 2 bathrooms (with bidet toilets! ) felt luxurious. This is a quiet part of Penasco and well away from the bustle of the big tourist infrastructure.

Everything you could ask for, one spot.

Probably my most favorite place in Penasco! This area is peaceful, clean, not to crowded, and the house was so clean and well equipped. We had such an amazing time here, we will be going back.

Lovely well-equipped property

We love the tile in this property, especially in the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, much better than most. The location right on the beach is perfect for us. Our only problem was that one day it ran out of water. In general, would highly recommend this property.

Just like the pictures

Overall we had a great time. There were beach toys/equipment for the kids. Lounge chairs and table to sit at. Perfect view of the water. Tabletop games and puzzles to play with. The only con was some of the beach equipment was weathered. Pricing was extremely reasonable. We will definitely stay again.

Girls Trip 2023

The property was clean and as advertised. Was perfect for our girls trip!! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. We saw a bunch of little stingrays along the beach. We really enjoyed the patio and the view! Only thing we had an issue with was the sand had been washed away from the steps at the patio and was a little tricky getting down to the beach but otherwise it was perfect for our group.
