The Space:
Casa Tortuga is a 3 bedroom, three full bathroom beachfront home on beautiful Las Palmas beach (Mirador area).
This home is within walking distance of nightclubs while away from all the noise. Relax and enjoy yourselves in this beautiful home. Amenities include car garage, WiFi, Flat-screen TV with DirecTV with NLF Pass, washer and dryer included. Full concierge services are available, so please let us know about your special request and we'll make them happen. Playa Mirador is an excellent beautiful location for watching sunsets while sipping margaritas, enjoy the sea life diversity, make new friends, jump in the ocean just outside your patio door, visit the old port/fish market for excellent restaurants and bars, and lots more. The Master bedroom upstairs is oceanfront with King size bed, private full bath and private beachfront terrace, Bedroom 2 upstairs with full private bathroom and a double bed, bedroom 3 has a king size bed  and 2 twin matresses and a full bathroom with direct access from bedroom and hallway. Pets are accepted (max 2) with a security deposit, but the pet must sleep in her bed and should never be left alone in the house unless she is in her cage.

There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during weekends in March, April, May, June, July, October, and all holidays.

Just condo at this beach location! Newer furniture, more space, great covered patio with table, enclosed garage, soft beds etc.We love this side of Rocky Point; less people, more sea life, still close to so the important amenities. We'll be back!

A Totally Wonderful Home

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our time and were in luxury as we vacationed together!! This rental is perfect for a tradition that has come to be. I just love the ease of everything! The house is equipped with anything you want or need. We will be staying again next year.

This house is exactly as described. We were able to walk out right to the beach, which seemed very private and we were able to use beach chairs and a large umbrella from the home. The owner was very responsive. Would stay here again!

The Only Place We'll Stay in Rocky Point!

This is our go-to for Rocky Point! The host Omar is fantastic and the property is even better than is shown on the listing. Extremely well equipped! Highly recommend!!

Lovely Beach Front Home!

We highly recommend La Tortuga! It is just like the photos and is well equipped. We mostly had the beach to ourselves (July) a it was very peaceful. Omar, our host, was very helpfull and responsive. We were pleased to find amenities not listed, including 2 blenders and a crock pot. Local vendors periodically approach but are very respectful. We recommend taking advantage of the massage and drink vendors (both are fantastic)! We will only be coming back if Tortuga is available as it has spoiled any other place for us!

We had a great time! The house was clean and the accommodations were great. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The patio was awesome and we were right on the beach. A short walk down to the water and the sand was soft.

2 people 2 dogs solid vacation property

The place is absolutely beautiful. The master bedroom on the top floor with a patio is stunning—secure garage and gate for the patio. We got a complimentary cleaning halfway through the 7-day trip, which was great. The host allowed us to delay the check-out to 2 pm, which was great. Perfect for the dogs and me. Make sure to bring your own Roku and Bluetooth speaker. I would 100% absolutely stay here again

Not recommend

To summarize the stay ... 40 mins late dropping off keys to get in, no running hot water (as in didn't even turn on), no microwave, no silverware, entire house leaked making our luggage wet during storm then accused of taking microwave blender and some knives. We went for vacation not to run away with a used micro and blender from mexico. We have proof of those items not in the kitchen from a video we took as we walked in the house on the first day of arriving as most of us do when vacationing these days. If you want to be harassed about missing items and bombarded by homeless this is the place for you!

Our stay was great! We have never stayed anywhere other than sandy beach or los conchas, so we weren’t sure what to expect. The house was awesome. Lots of space and ocean views. We really enjoyed the patio, watching the sunset and sipping on cocktails. The host was very responsive when we asked about the grill needing propane. I will say we did not love the location. It was nice to be closer to town but the surrounding area was not as nice as los conchas. Locals partying on the beach at all hours of the night. We found used condoms laying on the sand right in front of the patio. That was pretty gross. Overall, we had a great time and the house was perfect and as pictured.

The house was just as listed.

It was a very nice house, right on the beach. Since it was closer to town, there was more party activity in the vicinity, but during this first week of December, there weren't a lot of people around. There are steps up to the 2nd floor bedrooms that one of our party had trouble with, but normally it wouldn't be an issue. Take extra TP and paper towels - there isn't enough on hand for more than a couple days.
