Las Conchas is one of Rocky Point's most popular residential and vacation areas, known for its beautiful beaches, laid-back atmosphere, and stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.



Located just east of the heart of Puerto Peñasco, Las Conchas offers a quieter coastal setting while still being close to everything you come to Rocky Point to enjoy. The neighborhood is primarily residential, making it a great choice for guests who want to relax by the beach while remaining within an easy drive of restaurants, shopping, the Malecón, and other local attractions.



The beach is the star of the neighborhood. Spend the day walking along the shoreline, swimming, searching for shells, or simply relaxing with your toes in the sand. The Sea of Cortez is especially beautiful around sunrise and sunset, when the water and sky take on incredible colors.



Las Conchas is also home to Estero Morúa, a beautiful tidal estuary that is an important part of the area's natural environment. Depending on the tides and season, you may see a variety of birds and other wildlife around the estuary.

To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please keep the following community rules in mind:

-Maximum occupancy is 4 guests and is strictly enforced.

-No outside guests are permitted at the pool.

-Pets are not allowed.

-Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property.

-Fireworks are not permitted at Corona Del Mar or anywhere in Las Conchas.

P-ool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM.

-Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

-Off-road vehicles and trailers cannot be parked within Corona Del Mar.
