Beautiful spot right on the beach! Manager was very responsive, needed the hot tub cleaned, had cleaners there the same day & took care of it. Lots of room for our entire family. Beautiful views, loved the blue of the ocean. Saw dolphins many times, had a beautiful week for weather. Have made many good memories. Were relieved that getting in and out of Mexico went well!

If you want a wonderful place right on the beach with plenty of room for a big group (there were 13 of us), then this is the place for you. The owner was always available and prompt when we needed anything. Great views and plenty of beach activities to keep us all entertained. We took advantage of the meal delivery option and the food was delicious with plenty of leftovers. Overall a great experience.

Travelled to Rocky Point with 6 guys to play some golf and relax on the beach. Quick drive from Phoenix. The house was exactly as seen in the picture. The communication was always very quick. We took advantage of hiring the in house chef and his food was amazing. The housekeeper came each day to clean the house while we were out golfing. The 2 security gate houses was an added benefit to a first time visitor. Definitely would rent this house again.

Fantastic Family Beach House

This property was amazing to stay at. The location is right on the water, the house is cozy and comfortable to fit our family. We take a trip every year here and this was our first time renting this property it accommodated 5 adult, 2 kids three and up, and a three month old. Next year we will definitely be looking to rent this property again next year. The host is very kind and responsive and make the booking process very easy. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay on the beach.

Perfect beachfront getaway with friends!

We cannot say enough about how spectacular this home was and the location being directly on sandy beach! The views and sound of the ocean from the patio were breathtaking! We cannot wait to return one day and bring the pups as it was dog heaven there! We highly recommend getting a massage on the beach as well

Memorable

The cutest little community right on the beach. Could see dolphins from our window and every room had its own unique style. It was a vacation that we will never forget. We ended up staying in the house and on the beach for the entire weekend and didn't even go out because we felt so at ease here. Boan was so helpful in the booking process and answered any questions we had very fast. we will be coming back.

Best Location

One of a few homes on Sandy Beach, plus it is pet friendly. We ended up not bringing our dogs, but Sandy Beach is Dog heaven. The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean and a perfect size for a multi-generation family gathering. We worked with Boan the property manager to have in home chef service for three dinners that were fantastic and reasonable in cost. We really enjoyed renting the kayak. The extra suite available upstairs is very nice, newly renovated. The home is a steady rental and over time outdoor furniture and beach chairs have disappeared and need to be replaced (we did not come down from Phoenix). I want to emphasize that we had so much fun and enjoyed the location and property, it made for a great Thanksgiving celebration.

Awesome property in Puerto Penasco

Our family has an amazing stay in Rocky Point at this property. It has everything you need and the location is ideal, right in the beach. A drink vendor and massage table was literally stationed right down our steps on the beach!! I’d say the only drawback is that a few of the beds need to be replaced in the bunk area. They were put back together after being broke and when our friend ls laid down they went to the floor! The rest was awesome!!
