This brand new house features modern luxury just 1 row back from the beach. Enjoy the beautiful open floorplan kitchen, living, dining and exterior space, incredible rooftop and modern furnishings and design. This home is handicap accessible and even features a ramp to the rooftop deck. This is a beautiful home with modern conveniences including the fully equipped kitchen, wifi & smart TV's in every room.
The Space:
There are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. 1 of the 3 rooms is a bunk room with accommodations for 3-4 children, the other 2 rooms sleep 2 each, with room for 2 more guests on the sleeper sofa. We have the property listed for 8 guests but if 4 are children, this home can comfortably sleep 10 guests in total.
The pocket doors open completely allowing seamless indoor and outdoor enjoyment and fresh air! Enjoy the outdoor firepit and gas grill. The home is situated 1 row away from the beach with easy beach access nearby.
Dogs are welcome! Absolutely no cats allowed due to the owners severe allergies.
No smoking in or outside at this property.

It is a beautiful option to enjoy the peace and tranquility with just a 15-20 minute drive to town for all the action.
