PRIVATE BOUTIQUE RESORT FOR UP TO 24 GUESTS IN ROCKY POINT – Paz del Mar is a private resort in Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico, purpose-built for large groups, celebrations, retreats, and unforgettable gatherings. With 8 private bedroom suites and 12 total beds, Paz del Mar accommodates up to 24 guests, combining boutique privacy with resort-level amenities for a truly seamless large-scale stay.

SUITES – Eight private bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for comfort and privacy: four suites feature king beds, and four feature two queen beds each. Two additional half outdoor bathrooms and one in the game room add convenience for pool and terrace use.

POOL & OUTDOOR SPACES – A heated swimming pool anchors the property, surrounded by lounge areas, multiple outdoor terraces, and shaded rooftop spaces designed specifically for group relaxation and gatherings.

PRIVATE CHEF SERVICE – Elevate your stay with optional private chef service for breakfast and dinner — meal preparation included, with guests providing their own groceries and ingredients. The indoor industrial stove is reserved for chef use, while guests have full access to the indoor kitchen's refrigerators, prep space, storage, ice machine, and bar island. Guests who prefer to cook themselves have full use of a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, including a large grill with burners and a flat-top, ideal for group meals.

Beautiful property, amazing pool and great Las Conchas location. We loved the roof top patios, cold AC, large kitchen and ice maker! Check in was easy and everyone at the rental office was very helpful.

Wonderful Christmas stay for a large family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent Christmas week at this Rocky Point home with our large extended family and had a wonderful overall experience. The house is beautiful, well located, and thoughtfully laid out for large groups. We loved being close together while still having our own rooms and bathrooms to retreat to — we never felt crowded or on top of one another.The location was perfect, especially with young kids. The walk to the beach was easy, the heated pool was a huge hit for all ages, and the housekeeping was the best we’ve ever experienced — the home and our rooms always felt clean and refreshed.Malu, the property manager, was exceptional. She patiently answered countless questions, from shopping and dining recommendations to where to attend Christmas Mass. One especially thoughtful touch was arranging fresh local tamales for us on Christmas, which made the holiday feel extra special.Chef Henry was fantastic — accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with. There was a bit of a language barrier, which made dinner coordination slightly more challenging at times, but a few people in our group spoke fluent Spanish, which helped everything run smoothly. Once communication was settled, the meals were enjoyable and having a chef on-site truly elevated our stay.We could tell the property is still finishing some final renovation touches. A few lights still needed to be hung, the gas to the grill needed adjustment, and we did wish there was a dishwasher and consistent hot water in the kitchen, especially with such a large group. The lack of a true “family room” space and limited access to the stove/oven also made independent meal planning a bit tricky.That said, we made meaningful memories here and would absolutely recommend this home to large families looking for a well-managed, comfortable place near the beach.

the house and grounds were beatiful! Very classy, high quality construction, convenient and thoughtful layout.The listing is very confusing. One building has 2levels: four king bed suites, 4 double queen suites. They are not adjoined, each has its own key.Building 2 has 2 levels. Bottom level has 2 queen bed suites side by side and across the walkway is a huge king bed suite with sofa and fireplace. Above this building is the gym and game room. The game room has 3 TVs and 2 of them have video games attached. 2 futon sofas, a long game table with 6 chairs, then 5 round fluffy oval chairs. It has its own bathroom, and an addtional small fridge and snack area.The pool was in the center of the property with wide enough walk areas so you never felt crowded. 4 double day beds with pillows under the awning, 6 wide lounge chairs with attached cushions and 3 umbrellas. Fireplace was off to the side but in full view of the pool with an ice machine, a sink, and a small fridge, a buld it trash pail. All very convenient. The kitche was a separate building, a huge wall of sliding doors overlooking the pool and bbq area. It was a commercial kitchen so no access to stove, flat top , or ovens. Their cooks come for breakfast and dinner. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach! The beach was very quiet, water warm.
