(No one will judge you if margaritas are also your drink of choice in the morning. From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel as if you have transported into a lush tropical paradise. There is just something about that balcony view in the way the idyllic blue ocean meets the luminous green grass and the palm trees float through the skies. It's sure to take your breath away.

If you find you've spent one too many days in the sun and need some indoor reprieve, we have 50" Roku smart TVs throughout the condo; 3 in total!

There are 3 pools, 3 kiddie pools, and 1 hot tub on resort property

Located inside the clubhouse (which is in the center of the resort), you will find gym equipment, multiple tables and chairs, and both a men's and women's restroom.

We invite guests to bring a bag of charcoal and BBQ fresh Sea of Cortez shrimp which can be found on just about every corner in Rocky Point.

There is a convenience store located in the C building which feels as if it has a little of everything; with the ever so important bags of (purified) ice!
