Welcome to Condo A406 at Princesa de Peñasco, your perfect "home away from home" in Rocky Point. Located in the beautiful oceanfront Princesa de Peñasco Resort, this condo offers breathtaking views of the Resort grounds and the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy stunning sunrises and the sparkling lights of town at night.

The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with new appliances and everything you need for meal prep. A dining table seats four, with three additional seats at the bar. The living room features new furnishings, including a full-size sleeper sofa and a loveseat, along with all smart TV's for streaming your favorite shows.

The master bedroom offers a new king-size bed and blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep. The master bath has a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower with glass blocks and new faucets. The second bedroom also includes a pillow-top king bed and ample closet space, making it a perfect retreat for guests.

The second bathroom is also updated, featuring a spacious walk-in shower with a glass block wall and a new faucet. The condo is decorated with local artwork, bringing the charm of Rocky Point right into your space.

Overall great time away from Phoenix heat . Thanks

First process is getting through the Princesa community gate. Don't be in any kind of hurry because they are totally disorganized... and in no Hurry whatsoever. From arrival to admission...25 minutes. (Really) Balcony glass door hard to fully close and lock. But we figured spider man was not in town so no big deal. Especially during the Saturday night wind storm. You must pull in, and lean on it to close. Numerous wall holes over bed in second bedroom. Bed had top cover but no sheet. Could not open closet door. No hangers or anything in there anyway. Very low water pressure. You must flush toilet 2 or 3 times. Low water pressure in second bedroom shower. No ice or ice cube trays. Went to convenience store to buy ice.

Mini Vacation

We had a wonderful time. We love Princesa is our 4th time staying there. Great location and great view. We had to have maintenance come in guest bathroom toilet was not working they came right away and repaired! Refrigerater/ freezer took 2 days to freeze ice cube trays. Do not sleep on pull out sofa springs are broke and you will fall through. Bed in master bedroom very nice and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are awesome! Bonus to have Colins Cantina their for meals everything we had was great!

Beautiful but shady

Beautiful property when we arrived quite a bit of construction going on the week we were there but we didn’t let it bother us. Still were able to get around fairly well. They kept our security deposit though for some odd reason. We left the room as nice as we found it, we were told we would receive it back by 5 pm that day of check out and never came. Still hasn’t come and I would love to know why. Not sure if we’d recommend after something shady like that. Will be calling to follow up with princesa
