A 2-bed/2-bath, 1500 sq ft condo overlooking the Sea of Cortez, with direct beach access, beautiful sunsets, pool with swim-up bar and many more amenities.

The condo is located on the 5th floor, which is the only floor with an arched balcony.

The space
The resort is located within a gated-community and includes a full restaurant and bar, spa, swim-up bar, two pools, 2 hot tubs, weight/exercise room, convenience store, sales office and front desk area. There is also a grill/picnic area.

The condo consists of a 2023 remodeled 2 bed/2 bath (master overlooking ocean), as well as a hideaway bed in the living room. Sleeps 6, with King-size beds in both bedrooms and Queen-size Hideaway Bed in Living Room.

The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with seat, and the guest bathroom includes a tub and shower.
Guest access
Guests have access to all of condo as well as all property amenities, but must wear guest bracelets (required by security).
