Everything was very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed to cook and extra bed sheets for the sofa. Beautiful ocean view and super close to the pool. Really enjoyed our stay. 100% would recommend.

Bugs! We saw three different types of bugs. Black small ants near the sink even though we had no food out and kept the area very tidy. Termites. The cabinet under the sink had a ton of what appear to be tiny termites. Maintenance also agrees they looked like termites. Spiders/Sun Spiders. I must have killed a few dozen tiny sun spiders. They would come out from the gap between the stove and adjoining cabinet. We stayed for 4 days. First two days I would simply kill then as I saw them. Theirs day, I emailed Casago and luckily they responded and sent a maintenance worker quickly. Only thing they could do is, spay the area with Raid and leave a bottle for me to use. Any stronger insecticides would have left a nasty smell in the unit. That I understand. Eventhough they were treated with raid, the bugs kept coming as before. That place needs some serious poisons.The unit is definitely older. Older decor and aged furnishings. I have stayed in other units in this resort and this one has been the worst one. Front door needs to be pushed hard for it to close, broken bathroom faucet cover, tub stopper was broken but was set aside so we could simply drop it in place. Someone must have recently loaded up the refrigerator with seafood because it stunk like seafood pretty bad. The box of baking soda they placed In there couldn’t handle it. There were multiple areas where the tile coming up the wall (base board) were broken. Screws missing from cabinet hinges. Ran out of characters

Excellebt location, great value

The Sonoran Sea property appears very clean and updated. It is right on the beach, and has access to a hot tub, pool (both heated and not) with swim up bar, and beach front covered seating area. The property itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. Being on the ground floor was an added bonus as we could just walk out to the beach/ pools directly from our back door.Overall, it was a really great experience and stay. We will absolutely look to book this unit again in the future

Great Experience, Beautiful Place

We had wonderful time. View from the window was amazing. My children loved the fact it was on the ground floor so they can just run out towards pool or beach. I loved the staff, restaurant on the grounds and in general how everything is maintained. It provided for a very relaxing vacation.

We were advised that at Sonora Sea the pools and jacuzzis would be closed until further notice. Casago quickly notified me and made arrangements to put us up in another resort that was available. I was happy that Casago took the time to make all our arrangements and make the change without any problems Thank You Casago and Staff for all your help.

Beautiful condo!

We could not have been happier with the property and grounds. Our condo was as presented and no issues. The only thing that was disappointing was the chairs and caution tape around the pool due to the unfortunate incident in the spa. We chose a ground floor condo and paid extra for the close proximity to that pool. If i had known I would not have paid more for the ground floor. That being said, we will be back.

The unit location is prime

Appreciate the view, the proximity to the pool and the beach. Unit had just about everything we needed. I was sad to learn the washer was broken after we loaded a wash but the management team offered us another unit to allow us to use the washer. Overall nice stay. Also appreciated the onsite store when we left a few things at home. Appreciated the swim up bar and poolside service.
