Stunning oceanfront Beach Casa de los Abuelos events allowed, perfect for kids

These spacious beachfront casa de los abuelos (Grandparent's House) is located the famous "las conchas" village in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). These large beautiful mexican style oceanfront home has 1 master bedroom with 2 king size beds and 2 twin beds, 2 bedrooms one with king size bed and the other with a full size bed, 2 full baths, all these in the main house and also available is a guest house with one bedroom with 2 king size beds and a full bath (please call for details since a different rate is used for this guest house), total in both houses sleep up to 15.

Other amenities include: Full Kitchen available for cooking, Laundry room, Great space for kids to play, A/C, satellite TV with DVD. Maid Service is included upon exit the property. Linens and Towels are provided. No Smoking Inside and No Pets, please. 3 night minimum stay.

Property is available for events such as wedding, birthday party, graduations, etc., please ask if you're interested we have an excellent decoration and event planner solution for your needs. Please be aware that there is an additional fee for hosting an event. Please contact us before booking if this is your case.

This year is been complicated with this new virus, we're very responsible regarding this and we try to comply with all local and federal recommendations so we can offer you a safe and Covid free environment, that is why we clean the house and spray it with sanitizer to kill bacteria and virus such as covid-19 among other, we have the local authorities check on us regularly and provide us with a certification of good health practices in the house.

We offer you one free trip to get your groceries, water, take out food, medicines or whatever you need so you won't have to expose yourself to crowded places, we provide our personel adequate equipment to prevent them to contagion (KN95 or 3-ply mask, gloves, anti-bacterial gel), this service is limited to 1 trip per night stay.

Gorgeous house, responsive manager!

This house is beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. There are great common spaces to be together and amazing bedrooms for quiet time. Plenty of bathrooms and amazing back deck with, of course, unbelievable views of the sea. The manager was excellent about communicating and meeting our every need. Our large family had a wonderful stay at Casa de Los Abuelos.

We have some friends who have stayed here and recommended the place to us. Luckily, we were able to get it booked for the dates we wanted. The place was absolutely great. Super nice inside, and the patio was enormous. Plenty of beds for everyone. Honestly, I don't really have any complaints. I could go on and on about how great it was, but then it might get to popular and I won't be able to book it next time around! haha. Really though, if you're on the fence, this is a good one. Book it.

Completely Undersold in the pictures. Amazing Property.

Absolutely amazing. Clean, spacious home (estate?) right on the beach with plenty of room both inside and out. Place was immaculate with more than enough room for our party to sprawl out. The inside is amazing, but you’re getting this place for the beach and the view and they’re both jaw-dropping. Low tide does out for 1/3 or a mile and high tide splashes up right against the foundation. Will definitely look into booking this property again!

It was great

The pictures for the property don't portray it very well. We had 16 guests and plenty of room. The house is done nicely. It was a quiet getaway on the private beach, much different than the super busy, party style typical of Sandy Beach. This was great as the kids could play in the water while the adults could supervise from the back patio. Again, very little foot traffic on the beach. That being said, still plenty of vendors for things such as Pina coladas, massages, hair braiding, food, jet skis, etc... My family and our guests enjoyed an amazing vacation at this location. My biggest complaint is that we left a bag of mostly new clothes and a brand new pair of shoes at the residence. Once our stay was over the host stopped responding to me completely.

We had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of choosing this BEAUTIFUL HOME for our daughter’s beachside wedding!! From the beginning Mr. Jesus Galaviz was in constant communication with us. There was NEVER a question that went unanswered, a phone call not returned or a message left unread. He was a constant, friendly, attentive, helpful fountain of information. This was so important because we were planning such a special event for our daughter with family & friends traveling as far as New York!! It was a GORGEOUS event, thanks to Mr. Galaviz & his crew’s attention. The house was immaculately clean, towels in every bathroom, cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink & plenty of toilet paper in all of the restrooms. The furniture is new, updated, & modern. The decor is just beautiful! The kitchen is newly remodeled & FULLY equipped, there was everything we could possibly need. Coffee maker, blender, utensils, glasses & our FAVORITE perk??! An EXPRESSO machine!! It was absolute HEAVEN.❀ The house itself is BEYOND gorgeous!! The ocean view is truly breathtaking. The house itself is HUGE! It is fully equipped with plenty of beds, extra blankets, pillows & extra room in general. Don’t think twice? Stay here! 😀 As for our BIG Wedding day event?! Our daughters wedding was SPECTACULAR!! We were soo lucky to have utilized Mr. Galaviz’s wife’s “wedding decor” services. She owns “DECO IDEAS” and took care of all Wedding flowers, wedding decorations, tables & chairs, place settings & decorated the seaside ceremony straight out of a storybook!! The Galavizs are truly a power couple & we HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here for a family vacation or booking an event!! They are 5 STARS & MORE!!! Thank you for making our week truly a memorable one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our trip was memorable because of the excellent property of Casa De Los Abuelos & the beautiful people of Puerto Penasco. The home is right on the beach, very clean and well maintained. Jesus, the PM, was very responsive and accommodating of our every need.

Boys trip

We had a boys fishing trip and stayed at this beautiful house . It was awesome the place is beautiful with updated a/c in each room so everyone is comfortable . Updated main living room to hang out and 2 amazing patios that we spent most our time on . The host was very helpful thanks for such a great place to make great memories!

We’d do it again!

It was, an overall, a very pleasant stay. Spacious, comfortable. Recommend that in the trip to town one may get enough supplies for their stay, since major stores are 20 or more minutes away, but worth our time there.

Great Property helped make the best Rocky Point trip to date.

We have been to Rocky Point many times over the years and this by far was the most enjoyable trip to date. Of course a lot of that was due to the size of our party (9 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids) but Casa de Abuelos played a huge part in that as well. For the price point and group size, I don't think we could have found a better property for our trip. For those reading this review, instead of detailing our trip and how the house fit in, I wanted to list all the things that stood out to us to help you make the decision to book this property for your next vacation...as long as it doesn't conflict with our desired dates:) 1. Location - we love Las Conchas because of its proximity to the areas (Malecon, stores, restaurants...) while also providing semi private beach access. Casa De Los Abuelos is right on the beach with the water running up to the sea wall at high tide and 100+ yards of beach at low tide. It gave us plenty of time in the sun if wanted and was close enough to give us a cool place to eat, drink, rest, and laugh when we wanted. 2. Size, with the size of our group, we were worried if we would feel cramped, however, the house and overall property was large enough if someone wanted some privacy the could disappear, but no overly large to where we had to search to find them. We had plenty of space to cook, eat, drink, and just watch the sunrise and sunset with others or on our own if desired. 3. Amenities - We did not find our self lacking for anything. If we were unable to find something specific (a sheet pan), we were able to find something else (giant, over safe fry pan) that did the job as well or better. There was plenty of space to store what we brought, and the stove, grill and cookware were the best we have used in all our trips. They are not the cheap teflon like one we have encountered in other place. We loved having a gas stove and the grill had plenty of BTU's to handle the type of cooking we were doing. Bathrooms were plentiful enough where no one was caught waiting on a toilet or shower if needed and seating was plentiful both inside and out. 4. Communication and availability was top notch. Jesus responded to questions it seemed in minutes both before and during the trip. 5. Compound - We loved that it was a gated compound that allowed us all to park on property and shut the gate if needed. Provided extra secure comfort for those in our group that needed that. Overall, great trip, great house, great owner.

Perfect for large families

Just Amazing!

The house is incredible, the pictures don’t do justice to how cool and how big it is. It’s also super close to town which is a plus, especially for how private it was. The beach is basically all yours. The ocean comes right up to the property at sunset and we all were amazed by the view. We are coming back next time, can’t stay anywhere else anymore because of how much fun we had.

Family trip

The property was beautiful and perfect for our large family with lots of kids. There were plenty of bedrooms and bed types. It was well furnished and had a very nice, large patio which lead right to the beach. It's not as crowded on the Las Conchas side so that was nice too since we were there for a family gathering.
