Beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bath suite on the 14th floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort. Closest condo to the ocean than anything on Sandy Beach. Views, views, views, up and down the beach with port and sunset views from inside this 2,150 square foot condo with a 1,100 square foot wrap around terrace. Welcome to the Tiki paradise. This eloquently decorated unique condo can easily accommodate 10 guests. The expansive great room dining and kitchen have spectacular views of the ocean. Wifi in the condo, multiple flat screen smart TV's, sound system. Onsite fitness room, heated jacuzzi's, negative edge pool, heated pool with swim up bar, kids pool, kids pool slide and restaurant/bar onsite.

Just lovely!

We had a great time in Mexico with our family over Thanksgiving. The beach, resort and pool were just wonderful. Love the sunsets! Swim-up bar with food and drinks. They even deliver to your room. Housekeeping came every day for trash. Front desk took care of our issues quickly and we just loved it! The room was so spacious and comfortable for all of us, kitchen well stocked and fun.

Family Vacation

Easy check in and out. Lovely condo, comfortable accommodations for 10 adults . Safe and secure unit and parking. Cooked several meals and kitchen has all needed utensils and nice newer appliances. Seating for everyone inside and out on the patio with breathtaking views!

Amazing Views

The suite we stayed in was simply perfect. The layout was perfect with the right amount of Bathrooms to Bedrooms. Great accommodations and of course that view, absolutely Amazing. The host was very responsive with the few little questions I had. Check in was seamless and easy and checkout was even easier. We will definitely be booking this room the next time we stay in Puerto Penasco.

This condo has everything that you need. Great layout, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and an amazing patio with wonderful views of the ocean and sunsets! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Amazing! Can’t wait to return!

This property was amazing! The family and I wanted to take a last minute vacation before everyone had to go back to school. The condo was beautiful and clean, the check in and out was to easy. Jay Rodenburg was very helpful and courteous and such a great host. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay close and have a beautiful room and view of sandy beach. Will be booking with him again in the future.

Amazing property with beautiful views

First time going to Rocky Point, and this property made my trip worth it. My Family and I were stunned at just how beautiful this property was. Everything was just as described and the host were quick to respond with any questions even letting us know about AC alerts. This property has amazing pools and beach views. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with a big group.

Perfect location, only reason for three star is the air conditioning was a constant issue, we followed directions to the letter and found ourselves sweating and wondering if air was flowing from the vents or not, to pay this rate we expected to have a comfortable stay indoors. We have stayed at other condos in the area and we’re able to set the air conditioning at any temperature we wanted without any problems

We absolutely loved every minute of it!

It was a beautiful condo with an amazing view. We were supplied with paper towels and toilet paper and soaps daily. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is wonderful. Great wifi and television in every bedroom. Loved it so much and would recommend to anyone!

Great outside space with awesome proximity to and views of the ocean. Kitchen well appointed. Disappointed the grill and lights over tiki bar not working, although the staff did try to fix it but had to order the part. Jay was very responsive throughout the rental process. Oddly, front desk and store staff not partiularly friendly. Convenient to have the store there though. First time in 30 years it rained while in Rocky Point, we still had a great time!

Perfect place for a family vacay!

The condo was so very nice and thoughtfully appointed! The owner, Jay was extremely responsive and helpful (we were struggling with keeping the a/c on. Operator error. There was a slider we didn’t realize we were popping open). As nice as the condo was inside, the balcony was where we lived! Comfy furniture and our very own tiki bar! Thank you! We won’t hesitate to come back.

Awesome place!

This was our first time in Rocky Point. This condo is so spacious with great views and all the amenities you need. Jay and Amy are great; they get right back to you. We had a great stay with our kids and family. Would definitely rent again!
