This very spacious and beautifully furnished apartment is located on the second floor of a 2-storey condominium with 8 units. It offers a terrace with swimming pool and garden views to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped, flat screen TV, ceiling fans, windows with mosquito nets and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The room is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds.

Very close to the apartment can find supermarkets (about 3 minutes walk), restaurants a few meters, bars on the beach, pharmacies ... all around the house.

Multiple Problems

DO NOT RENT!! Way overpriced, misleading advertisement. This place needs serious work done. No WiFi for 5 of 7 days, including the critical first 2 days and last 3 days for planning and departure. Made numerous requests for resolution. Refrigerator broken for first 3 days. Light out in kitchen, couldn’t see anything, for first 3 days. The posted pictures of the unit avoid the kitchen for good reason-it is old and crusty. No coffee maker or microwave. Only ancient old world percolator. Manager didn’t know how to operate TV. Multiple cold showers due to a bad switch. Abysmal water pressure. Bathrooms disgusting. Toilet bowls disgustingly dirty. One toilet wouldn’t flush. No hair dryer. Ancient, ragged pool furniture, and surrounding patio needs maintenance. No water dispenser for 5 gallon jugs of necessary-to-purchase drinking water. Owner should have offered a refund of at least 50% after informing him of the critical problems we faced with the internet, refrigerator, and kitchen light.

Great Property! I wish the trees were removed to provide a ocean view. Only suggestions i have for the unit, it should be a television in the bedrooms or have air conditioning in the living room where the television is located. Still a great unit, i will return again

A beautiful and spacious condominium.

We spent three weeks in March 2020 in this very comfortable living space. Other than the uncertainty of this most horrific and scary time, we had a most enjoyable stay. The beach is wonderful and the local people are some of the friendliest a person could meet. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Caribbean home!

The accommodation was spacious and comfortably furnished with a cool, refreshing ocean breeze .

We were very pleased with this property. It was ideal for our party: secure, ocean view, nicely kept pool and grounds, steps to the beach with calm sheltered waters ideal for playing in the ocean. Most people will want to use water shoes because there are a lot of broken coral and shells that make walking barefoot uncomfortable. The area is a mix of snowbirds and locals and overall we found the local businesses friendly and welcoming. The water is calm being protected by a reef that has created pools with gentle waves good for young and old for enjoying the water without the open surf that can cause anxiety for parents and people who are not strong swimmers. There are other beaches in the area that provide conditions for open water sports that are nice for days trips. We mostly staid on the beach which provides ample shade from several types of trees accommodating both sun bathers and those who prefer to mostly keep out of the sun and enjoyed the water and steady trade wind breezes. The kitchen at the property was well equipped for our limited experience with this type of rental. The only thing missing was a blender. We never had to use the air conditioning because the apartment was situated to capture the ocean breezes. We had a lovely time and recommend this property for those who are seeking a quiet, relaxing vacation at the beach.
