The front desk staff was rude, they spent zero time telling me about the property even after I told them I had never been there, the property is run down, there were never any beach towels so you had to use the same one all week, the loungers had holes, you had to beg for coffee, the alcohol they carry if awful, the food was poor, the room ac barely worked and you could see daylight through my roof, and they didn’t stop play loud music until after 2am, save your money and go somewhere else

I had an amazing time at BlueBay Villas. It was quiet and relaxing. Food was great and had a lot of options. I especially enjoyed the entertainment. Shoutout to Lizbeth! They made me feel welcomed and I enjoyed their energy. The bartenders were amazing especially the older man at the beach bar! The chef at the beach bar was amazing as well and incredibly friendly. The staff really made the stay feel comfortable!

The entertainment staff had a lot of energy and made sure to involve the public in the activities they had to offer. Also, the spa staff was amazing; the massages, the attitention and the positive and calm attitude created the perfect atmosphere to relax. Definitely will come back.

The room was not up to modern standards — it felt outdated and uncomfortable. There were mosquitoes, and the pillows were not supportive at all. The all-inclusive meals were disappointing, with very limited options to choose from, and the snack bar was by far the worst compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was the weakest part of the stay, offering little variety and low quality. The pool was just okay, and the night entertainment was mediocre at best. I honestly don’t see the point of labeling this place as “adults only,” since there was nothing particularly special or enjoyable for adults to do. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Property was outdated but clean, pool area was nice, disappointed that in our 5 night stay only 2 nights an Al a carte restaurant was available. So it was buffet for all 3 meals. Room was nothing special, basic hotel room. Nothing to do when weather was bad. Drinks were weak. Bar staff were nice, but there were some pushy guys trying to sell some vacation club. Overall if you’re looking for a very quiet trip in October and aren’t picky about the food this may work for you. Price was good so can complain but I’ve been to much better resorts.
