We stayed at the BlueBay All-Inclusive Resort, and I typically don't take the time to leave reviews, but our experience was so poor that I feel compelled to share it to prevent others from going through the same.Upon arrival, the front desk staff was unfriendly, unprepared, and seemed annoyed to be doing their job. When we got to our room, our keys didn’t work right after check-in. The air conditioning barely functioned, the fan glass was missing, and the fan was so unbalanced that it rocked and made noise. I had to take a cold shower because, after 20 minutes, the water never got hot.The maintenance and cleanliness of the resort could use significant improvement. They advertise as all-inclusive but charge for some basic drinks. The food was just okay.
Our flight was delayed, which caused us to extend our stay by three days. We only stayed at BlueBay because there were no available rooms at other nearby resorts. During this process, I specifically mentioned that we were on a tour and asked if we could check out and check in again, paying for any expenses we may have incurred, like thebspa treatment. They obliged but seemed unaware of the procedure.
After a long day of tours, I was woken up by the maid at 10 PM, followed by a call from the front desk 30 minutes later, demanding that I bring my credit card to the front desk.
