No hot water my full stay. Took cold showers my whole vacation. Maintenance couldn’t fix the proble.

I’m grown so I don’t need a wrist tag to enter a property. Had to pay 20 dollars a piece for two bath towels that the cleaning lady lost. We never took the towels from our room but she did. No hot water during the entire vacation. Complaining neighbors. No A/C in the living room, just in the bedrooms. Outside grill didn’t work. Couch cushions needs cleaning. Cobwebs everywhere. Find somewhere else to vacation

Goodbye All inclusive stays!

Staying at Casa Linda was the best idea I could have come up with! My family and I loved it from the 3year old to the 61 year old! The photos shown on the site don’t do the house and property justice. It’s simply beautiful!!! Johnny checked up on us everyday pool guy cleaned everyday house keepers cleaned everyday (just check your towel count) Our chefs omg!!!!! I wish they could’ve come home with us lol! The food was amazing I’m never eating from Dominican restaurants in NYC again! Rosie came by to great us but her brother was our main chef during our stay and he did not disappoint!!!! Everything was amazing. If you want to live like a celebrity for a week without going broke book now! Also did a sunset excursion which can be booked at the main lobby definitely worth it! The only thing I didn’t care for was the buy and sale pitch. nobody wants to hear that when seeking peace on vacation
 but villa 772 was enough to make us only want to travel this way going forward!
