We were disappointed even before arriving when finding out that they do not offer an airport shuttle despite both Expedia and the resort's Instagram saying they do. The resort was a good size and we enjoyed having our own pool and bar as part of the Adults Only expereince, but there were a few things that made our stay not as enjoyable as we hoped. The wifi would keep disconnecting and when it was conected it was weak. The buffet food was not good and lots of people said they got sick. For our room specifically (12211) the door battery kept dying so we would have to hike back to the front desk to tell them and then hike back to our room to wait in the hall for someone to come fix it. This happened three times during our 5 day stay. There is a jucczi on the deck but not only did it take forever to fill up, there was only cold water. Being at the end of the hall meant that when it would rain, water would come in under our door. The shower wouldn't drain well and the water ended up overflowing into the rest of the bathroom. The tolet seat was broken. The maids would take our towels but not replace certain things like the bathmat or the pool towels, so it was a run around to try and get those back. Outside of all the issues with our room, the beach was a great place to spend some time.
