Puerto Plata Butterfly Villa

Newly constructed mountain view Villa located within 20 minutes of the airport and 5 minutes of Playa Dorada (One of the highest rated beach/resort areas in Dominican republic). The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. The 3 large second floor bedrooms all have private bathrooms with hydro massage showers, walk-in closets and high definition TVs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and Jacuzzi. Queen sized beds in all other bedrooms. One handicap accessible first floor bedroom with common bathroom. Additional bedding can be accommodated upon request with additional fees.

Private Pool, modern kitchen amenities, 2 living room areas, Terrace, Patio, 2 car carport in gated community. Free cable TV and WIFI access throughout the villa.
The villa is located within walking distance to one of the prime casino/nightclubs in Puerto Plata. The beach, shopping plaza, cinema, restaurants and ATMs are located within 5minute driving distance. The world renowned Ocean World Casino and water attraction park is within 15 minute driving distance. The ocean world complex and nightlife clubs are accessible to all tourists without the need for the 'all inclusive' high prices. Other nearby tourist activities are yachting, snorkeling, golfing, go-karts, boogy kart excursions, sky-diving, surfing, horse riding, secluded paradise island beach, zip lines and many more. With advance notice and a small additional fee(s) the desired tourist activities can be scheduled and reserved in advance.

Cooking and dry cleaning services are provided with small additional fees. Unlike all-inclusive resorts you can select days and times these services are desired so you may enjoy the many activities away from the Villa.

One day of cleaning service is included for every 3 days the villa is reserved. Additional in-house keeping can be arranged with a small additional fee.

Nice stay.

I absolutely have no complaints about my 6 days spent at this residence. I appreciated that the management promptly addressed any concerns that arose. I'd book it again and recommend it. It's very accessible to the airport and the amenities of Puerta Plata.

The place looks nice. For the money should be 100%. The bed room dressers were dirty inside, some broke. Kitchen drawers dirty some broke. The water heater kept tripping off. Master shower was dirty. The cleaner was there when we arrived still cleaning. 2 towels per bath for 3 days? For the price I paid i expect house cleaned before arrival, fresh towels, jacuzzi I don't need to reset breakers to use, master shower in 100 clean an working order. Nice house, needs attention to detail....

The house is just as shown.. beautiful, close to everything and amazing mountain views. The highlight of the home.. is the staff. They were amaizing, accommodating, and by the end of the trip they felt like family. I'm gonna miss them most of all

From my first encounter to hopefully never my last with John and Manuela it was always enjoyable. I had to leave a review of this place. It is what they say it is! This place was unbelievable. Very spacious and immaculate. Close to everything we came to do. I also recommend you have Nana do all of your cooking and cleaning. It is an extra charge but one I couldn't live without. Her cooking was amazing and I ate like a king! She became more then a maid to us she is now our friend. Also inquire about Edwin's services, if you need advice on getting around. He checked on us everyday to make sure we were having fun! Whenever I return to Puerto Plata I will be staying here! I've been around the Globe and I've never been more relaxed! Thank you John, Manuela, Nana and Edwin. We will be back soon.

The property was amazing and very comfortable

My experience from day one until I left was wonderful. The owner was very sensitive to my needs. And the staff were the best staff I have ever had from the cooks the housekeeper and the chef were great. They knew I came to just relax and they were very flexible with ensuring I was a able to relax during my stay. This is a great property. Not far from the airport and was an excellent vacation.

My friends and I had an opportunity to stay in this elegant house. It was well cared for and the owners were great in providing g information about the local areas. It was a great place to stay and I would love to stay there again for my next visit. It was extraordinary. I'll easily give this location 5 stars.
