The staff were absolutely brilliant showing true hospitality on my stay even with me being sick in my room they checked in on me and made sure to drop my breakfast up to me each day to make sure I was comfortable. Only thing I will say for constructive criticism is about the beds is the duvet (or lack of) was very light not providing much cover/insulation at night from the A/C. Other than that I would very much recommend especially with the included transportation to and from the airport. Great value.

We had a wonderful stay & would highly recommend Casa Belina. The staff was super attentive to our every need. They provided a complementary shuttle to & from the airport. After we arrived, they offered us a drink and went over all of the different tours, and then, booked them directly for us. They provided a home-cooked breakfast each morning and had it ready for us prior to the arrival of our shuttle. Anthony was particularly professional & his attention to detail really made our stay that much more enjoyable. We are a family of five, so it is not always easy finding accommodations. We all stayed comfortably in one room. Great stay!

My family and I had a one night stay at Casa Belina and the staff, especially Jane, treat you so well. We started our stay with a complementary van transfer from Puerto Princesa airport to the hotel and were welcomed by Jane when we arrived. This property is extremely clean and the staff do well to make you feel at home. Jane was also very helpful in booking us a city tour as well as arranging transportation for the next part of our trip. If we ever go back to Puerto Princesa, we will definitely book at Casa Belina again.

I’ve traveled quite a few destinations and this Casa Belina is one of the best tourist inns that I have stayed at. The entire staff are all very courteous and friendly, the rooms are kept clean always, the WiFi provides very strong signal, the owner is really hands-on (he even was at the main door of the lobby to welcome us when we arrived). Airport pick-up & drop-off very precise timing. The front desk staff Tony & Jane took care of all our tour package bookings to the Underground River, Honda Bay island hopping and City Tour. I will definitely recommend this place when you come and visit Puerto Princesa !!!

This is a great option for Puerto Princessa. It is on a pleasant-ish side street w/ multi restaurants & ATMs in walking distance. It is small w/ 6 rooms. Very clean. The room was spacious w/ robust A/C & window over a planted green garden. It was easy to keep my water bottle filled. Small snacks avail for a fair price. Unlimited ice for my beverages was a highlight for me. Breakfast was also very good. And free airport transfer was appreciated. Id definetely return here!

This property has comfortable enough beds, ac that’s cool enough, and enough space to move around in the room. The only problem we had at the barkada room is the shower. Water from the shower would spill over to the toilet area. Also there were not enough electric sockets for a room good for 6 persons. The pick up and drop off airport shuttle however was superb. Our Cebu Pacific flight time was changed to an earlier time without proper communication and our group missed the flight. Casa Belina did not disappoint. The family that owns the place always welcomed guests at check IN. They make sure guests are comfortable and attended to. Some staff though take forever when you ask them for something like picking up the trash even if we don't want a full housekeeping service. We had to take put the trash outside the door for them to notice and pick it up. Also, they charge you corkage for outside food.
