Booking Instructions: Please email Vacation Travel Exclusives (that's us!!) and include at least two or more dates and your preferred bed setup (King or 2 doubles/queens). Give us up to 24 hours to check availability, and you'll be on your way to those sandy shores! Requesting dates more than two months in advance is ideal, especially for high-demand periods.

Our Owner Hotel Studio Suite offers a balcony with stunning ocean views, a King size bed, and a full bathroom with a tub, perfect for a maximum of two people.

The Perfect Location
The Buganvilias Vacation Club boasts a prime location on Playa Camarones, offering incredible sunset views. We're perfectly positioned halfway between the airport and downtown Puerto Vallarta. The vibrant center of Old Town is just a 10-minute drive away, where you can explore the famous Malecon oceanfront boardwalk, landmark churches, and a huge selection of shops and restaurants. Even better, you can walk to the north end of the Malecon in about 20 minutes. Plus, Wi-Fi and parking are free.

All-inclusive is NEVER mandatory with our bookings, unlike other sites. However, it can be arranged directly through the resort and may be cheaper if done before arrival.

~We reserve the right to cancel any reservations that booked/purchased a “REQUEST” listing without us confirming your dates with the Resort which will delay the booking completion.
~These Resorts are very popular by OWNER'S worldwide and are in high demand for their hospitality.
~Read each listing's description for there can be more instructions, amenity offers and details for each listing.
~You will receive our "GUEST CERTIFICATE" well before your 7-days of check-in. This will show you are an Owner's Guest and your pampering will begin!!!
~Please review the terms & conditions, house rules, property expectations and cancellation policies.
~AVAILABILITY can change, unless specified in your quote (good for 24 hours) and until reservations are confirmed with Resort and paid to VTE.
~Government-issued photo identification and be at least 21 years of age. A credit card in your name will be required at check-in for pre-authorization of incidental charges. Special requests are to be made direct with Resort and may be subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges.
ALL OTHER CHARGES WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN CHECKING OUT AT THE RESORT. THIS INCLUDES ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, ALL GRATUITIES, TAXES, UPGRADES AND OTHER CHARGES DUE TO RESORT.
