Puerto Vallarta condo

Condo owner was quick to answer questions. Property looks just like the pictures. Building was well maintained as was the full property. It is a quiet property so that was much appreciated. Condo overlooks river and public access to beach but we enjoyed watching the activity of the river and the various occupants. Bring binoculars - we watched alligators in the river and lots of birds. Also enjoyed watching boats and cruise ships. There is loud music at the property next door on the weekends but is always finished by 9 pm. A couple of cons - bed is very hard and there is a light in the hall that comes on multiple times during the night so it lights up the bedroom.

Amazing view, beautiful living space and incredible facilities.

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with stunning views and plenty of opportunity for adventure, this is an excellent choice. I stayed here with my mom for a week, to celebrate her 66th birthday. We both loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view and bustling of the people on the beach. The rental was perfect for a couple, there's only 1 bed (if you like your bed firm, you'll be happy). The kitchen had plenty of appliances and storage containers allowing us to cook several meals ourselves. The unit came with 5 gallons of purified water that could be easily refilled. The unit had plenty of towels for beach and pool side enjoyment. There are 5 stunning pools available with food and beverage poolside during the day. There was also easy beach access with cabanas for enjoying the surf and sunshine or a massage on the beach. There are bracelets in the unit that are worn by renters to allow for access in and out of the Grand Venetian complex, which makes it very easy to get around. The staff at the facility were so helpful and welcoming. Everything was pristine, clean and beautiful. We had a lovely time hanging out nearby and venturing in to Puerto Vallarta and out to Sayulita to explore. We primarily used Uber to get around and there was no problem having them come into the resort to pick us up and drop us off. We also took the bus to get out to Sayulita. The only hangup we had was the metal door outside the unit, we didn't realize that there was a lever that didn't require a key, but a quick call to the property manager and we had an answer within minutes. the property manager and the owner were super responsive. We were the first people to stay, so I'm sure it will be even smoother for the next people :)
