About the Villa:
Casa del Quetzal offers five air-conditioned bedroom suites with king beds, each with an ensuite bathroom, several inviting common areas, and a heated 35-ft infinity pool. All suites were recently renovated and upgraded by the architect who originally built the villa. The results are stunning and include two ensuites specifically designed to accommodate guests with mobility issues.

Services Included:
Our rates include the services of a chef, butler, and housekeeper from Monday to Saturday (no service on Sunday). Each day, our gourmet chef will prepare two exquisite meals with presentation and flavors comparable to those of a high-end restaurant.
Please note that while the preparation of your meals is included in the rental fee, you are responsible for the cost of the ingredients used to prepare your selected drinks and meals. For your convenience, the chef will do the grocery shopping; please reimburse him for the cost of groceries upon presentation of receipts.
For your convenience, we will connect you with a reliable concierge company to assist with services not provided by the villa, such as transportation, spa treatments, and tours.

Cancellation Policy:
* 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in.
* 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
* No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.
Free cancellation deadlines are based on the propertyâs time zone.
Damage and Incidentals: a $1,200 USD security deposit is required. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
Dear Potential Guest:
The Mexican Secretary of Tourism (SECTUR) has requested that a signed short-term rental agreement be obtained from our guests. In compliance with this requirement, you will receive the agreement as part of the rental process. This is not our preference, but it is a requirement. We apologize for any inconvenience.

House rules:
Maximum occupancy: 10 adults in the villa; 2 adults in the on-site apartment (additional fee, as described above).
No smoking indoors or while using pool lounge chairs.
Visitors require pre-approval and cannot stay overnight. More than 4 visitors will incur a fee equal to one nightâs rental.
No parties or events.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 p.m.â8:00 a.m.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
No subletting.
No pets.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children/dependents. Casa del Quetzal is not liable for accidents related to misuse, alcohol consumption, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Pool use is at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
No glass in or around the pool.
Keep exterior doors closed and locked at night.
Report any damage or malfunction immediately. If caused by guests, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
Turn off AC when leaving rooms and do not operate AC with windows or doors open.
Do not leave food or sugary drinks uncovered indoors or outdoors overnight due to wildlife.
Casa del Quetzal has liability insurance in accordance with NOM-07-TUR-2002.
