Colonia Versalles is the perfect place. It is in a residential area and it is close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Only 12 minutes drive from downtown. It is located nearly half way between the airport and downtown.

Colonia Versalles es el lugar perfecto. Se encuentra en una zona residencial y está cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y la playa. A solo 12 minutos en coche del centro. Se encuentra casi a medio camino entre el aeropuerto y el centro.

The space
The studio has high ceilings making the space feel bigger. It is equipped with hot water, a ceiling fan, air conditioner, and the basics needed to cook. You can enjoy your coffee or tea outside on the terrace or read your favorite book on the couch inside.
