Le condo est spacieux et trĂšs bien situĂ©. La vue est magnifique. Le site incluant les piscines et le tennis furent trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Petit bĂ©mol: nous avons dĂ» faire le mĂ©nage Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, exemple: laver la vaisselle dans les armoires, le micro-ondes et les autres Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, car nous apprĂ©cions la propretĂ©. Prenez note qu’il y a une consigne de ne pas mettre l’air climatisĂ© plus froide que 73F ce qui peut ĂȘtre inconfortable surtout la nuit pour dormir. Portez attention aux portes patios qui peuvent s’ouvrir facilement aux extrĂ©mitĂ©s lorsque vous croyez les avoir bien fermĂ©es au centre. Cela peut crĂ©er de la condensation sur les vitres. En conclusion, nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour et nous recommandons l’endroit.

Chris and Karla were accommodating and gracious hosts. Communication was exceptional. They were even able to extend our stay for one night that we needed. We have stayed at the Grand Venetian before, and the building and facilities are 5 star. Our condo was overlooking the ocean on one side and City view on the other. Great place, Great hosts , Great weather . What more could you ask for !

Our host, Chris was amazing! Had very good communication skills always checking on us. He gave us lots of extras.. coffee, water, washing supplies. The only thing that we were not happy with was there is a club right below tower 3000 that played LOAD music on Friday,Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 10pm

Lovely two balcony unit, offering you beautiful sunset views and choice of sun or shade. Very good correspondence with property owners and the key pad entry to unit is very convenient. The grounds of the Grand Venetian are spectacular. Also a great location for both dining and grocery shopping. The only negative would be the extreme loud music from a nearby ocean club (benefit of having 2 balconies).

A wonderful place to stay!

We had such a great stay at this condo! It's at a great location with lots of shops and restaurants around, and a quick taxi ride to other parts of town. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we spent many days around the pools. We were there over the winter holidays, so the pool area got busy, but we always found chairs and there was plenty of room to swim. The condo itself was so nice having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and great views off the balcony. My teen stayed on the pull-out couch, which they had a nice foam layer on, so it was comfortable for him. The hosts were quick to reply to messages and helpful. Ultimately a great place... I was sad to leave!

Great place couldn’t have asked for more. Except the dishes were dirty. Washed everything we had to use prior. Maybe supply dishwasher soap if you have a dishwasher. Other then that no complaints

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I wanted to escape Canada for a quick end of summer getaway. We had stayed at the GV previously in a 3 BR with our children and this unit fit the bill equally well for just the two of us. It has more than enough space for two people. Karla was very responsive and accommodative to the handful of questions we had and very quick to address one minor, normal course issue we encountered. No hesitation in recommending to others.

PARADISE VACATION!!!

This will be an unforgettable stay. Everything was perfect. Even when I had a problem with one of the TVs the owner took care of it immediately. I strongly recommend staying at this stunning condo. Great getaway spot

This place is located in a great area. Staff are extremely friendly. My only dislike is how dirty the place was upon arrival. Owner got the cleaning staff to come in but over cleaning in my opinion could be enhanced.
