Exclusive Residential Area: No parties, loud events, or external visitors allowed.

Hillside Access: The property’s spectacular elevation involves approximately 50 stairs for access; it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Safety Note: The villa features open terraces and elevated balconies. We recommend caution, particularly for families with small children.

Pool Maintenance

Pool maintenance is scheduled every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Please allow our pool maintenance specialist access to the pool during this time so we can keep it clean and ready for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Air Conditioning

Please turn off all air-conditioning units whenever you leave the property. Doors and windows must also remain closed while the air conditioning is running to prevent damage to the system and unnecessary energy use.
