The property is very nice and right on a lovely spot on the river. The facility is very comfortable and well appointed. The room was spacious and the amenities were very nice. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Hard Pass on This Hotel

I had search pet friendly hotels but the hotel didn’t allow pets in the second story suites. They couldn’t give me a similar room replacement n the ADA room they gave me cost the same amount as a suite. It smelled horrible. The AC went out for a couple hours n it was 105 outside. It’s a tired hotel n they love their rules at the customers expense. I’ll never stay there again nor recommend it.

We liked how spacious the suite was. But it was in obvious need of updating which was a surprise because the lobby and bar area were newly modern and nice. The jacuzzi tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned when we checked in so I did it. We stayed 4 nights and it was only cleaned once without cups of coffee being restocked. One day just the bed was made but nothing else even though all our garbage cans were full. Very strange. I had to go to the front desk and get garbage bags, coffee, toilet paper and towels. It’s one of the reasons I choose hotels over Airbnb’s is so i don’t have to worry about that stuff. But I felt we were in our own. While going to the front desk at night for more items, a woman walking by yelled at me to not call the police but to stay away from her and the man with her and that he was dangerous. They came from the path behind hotel. Not in the hotel’s control but I had wished there hadn’t been a need for me to venture out in the dark to retrieve items housekeeping should have taken care of in the first place. The nightly rate was very steep since we were there for our daughter’s college graduation and the hotels all do price gouging. I think I would have liked it more had it not been so expensive but my perception of value and comfort at this hotel were not great. Won’t stay again.
