The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The property, the room and the restaurants were immaculate. We chose to stay on property the entire time so other than our trip to and from the airport we didn’t see outside the resort. There was a lot of seaweed which was unfortunate but the staff were grooming the beach often. We loved the beach and spent every day from 10-3 under a little hut, relaxing.

Nice quiet place.

The room was the perfect location. Food at buffet was sub par. Portifino and Meat restaurant was good. The app was awful. Got messages to book restaurants a week before in their app and wasn't able to. Heard the same problem with other guests. I needed an iron one night and the one in the room was burnedon the bottom. They brought me another that was worse so I asked for another one. And they brought the same one that I started with. I may a stink about and finally got a brand new one. We stayed at the adults only of Bahia Principe. Enjoyed no kids. And we were lucky there wasn't many young party adults the 9 days we were there.

Everyone was so friendly I loved the wide variety of food options they had to choose from. There was no need to even think about going off the resort. Everything was perfect. I was a little concerned with the reviews being mixed but I would go here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is very well maintained and the staff was very attentive and helpful. My wife love the Coffee shop and I was very pleased with our Swim-up room. Would definitely come back!
