Overall ok, clean, food was good. Beach access perfect. But they couldn’t find our Travelocity payment. Charged me an extra $900 upon checkin, then 2 hours later got it figured out. They made a mistake !!! Wow surprise. Immediately spent 20-30 minutes trying to not take their unlimited attempts at a hard sell upgrade package with John.

The Xhale pool/rooms need major upgrade. They feel outdated & for being a “VIP”, the Xhale pool felt overcrowded often. The entire staff was great until checkout time. We had a 7:45 time scheduled for them to take our luggage to the lobby because our airport driver was to arrive at 8:15. At 8:10, our luggage was still not in the lobby. We had to walk all the way from the lobby to the Xhale lounge & get them to give us a room key again to collect our luggage from the 4100 building & wheel it all the way to the lobby at 8:20, 35 minutes past our scheduled luggage pickup time. I had to stay in constant communication with my driver so ensure he didn’t leave. Food was excellent. Staff was excellent, everyone accommodating & friendly. The SPA could use some work. 1 tiny sauna & steam room that doesn’t feel relaxing cause there’s always a group right behind you waiting to go next. Same with the cold plunge & indoor pool. SPA felt like an ushered experience & not relaxing.

The room I was in the refrigerator stopped working. The rain somehow got into my room and near the lamp which could have electrocuted me! The walls were warped from the water. The floor had water all over near the outlet and door. The next room they put me in the ceiling fan didn't work. When i asked about some sort of compensation the lady gave me a bogus email address for the supervisor. The birthday trip from HELL!! They did make changes but the other room was super noisy from the DJ which some people would love but not me. Also I could hear my neighbors running water. 2/10 and the staff was quite dismissive. I had high hopes and was let down.

I had the one of the most expansive room in the hotel and furniture was very outdated. It looked like motel room more then 5* hotel resort. And it leaked water from the roof.

We had an amazing time on our Honeymoon at Breathless. Carlos P. took GREAT care of us at the freestyle swim up bar all week. The pools were nice & not too crowded. The food options were great.

The staff were amazing and cleanliness was to perfection. However, the hot tub in our room was leaking and after several calls to the concierge about sending someone to clean it and it to be fixed. It took a while or someone never came. The hot tub still leaked and we couldn’t use it. It took a while to get room service sometimes over an hour and a half.
