Dear guest, Please accept our apologies due to being transferred to an alternative hotel due to unexpected issues at Catalonia Gran Dominicus, I assure you that relocating our guests is the last option and when we are forced to do so, we always offer our best disposition and options to remedy the inconvenient, many times these compensations are very well accepted by our guests and at other times they are declined, such is the case. Believe me we value all our options and it was the best offer we could make. I regret that you considered it insufficient.
