We've been to over 34 different hotels in Punta Cana, and this was by FAR THE WORST. At any given time they only had 2-3 restaurant open and they all would serve the CHEAPEST possible food you could ever imagine and then to add insult to injury they would give you the tiniest portions. I literally couldn't believe I was staying at a 5 star hotel, I've been to several 3 star hotels in punta cana that were FAR SUPERIOR.. and I could go on and on about all the areas this hotel cheaps out - but thank me later and just save your money and stay at ANOTHER hotel cause you will be extremely disapointed if you pay extra money thinking you're going to get a higher quality experience here. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews (makes me quite suspicious actually..) Oh and the cherry on top was they also decided to do construction right on the building they put us in, despite the hotel being largely empty and them easily being able to put somewhere else, just wow.. words can't describe how disappointing this experience was.

Property is excellent, but all of all the restaurants, the Indian and the Mexican were the best. Everything felt like it was premade and they just heated it up per customer. Sadly lacking in food department. Went there to relax and sleep in late but… the maids at 7 am were really noisy seemed like they had to yell from one end of the hall to the other to each other, I even tipped them 20 a piece to start later but didn’t help. Most of the staff are friendly and polite. Room was great!! Spa is a good place to get a massage! If your a foodie this is not good.

Amazing, amazing resort. We went for our honeymoon and had a great time! Spent most of our time on the beach, which was well maintained and had drink service all day! In the afternoons, we loved doing activities, and Carlos was amazing at keeping us entertained! All of the food we had was great, if not amazing! I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Rooms were beautiful, staff was wonderful, grounds were immaculate, beach was nice and private. Very peaceful place - romantic for our honeymoon. Spa was above average experience but pricy. Food was mediocre.
