Juan at the Front Desk is all I have to say! He made our stay so memorable with his willingness to go above and beyond. We had so much fun both at the resort and when we ventured out. Engracia in housekeeping was amazing as well!

First I must say this was our first time being in Dominica Republic. Staying at Bahia Principe Fantasia Resort was the best choice we've made. Saying that to say it was amazing. The lobby was beautiful the staffs doing check ins and out they handled that smoothly and seemless. The pool, kids club, the entertainment department everything was GREAT.. My only problem was the room they gave me first walking in smell of paint on the first floor and i just didn't like it so i had to pay to get a room that my kids would love and that's on the second floor and it was great..the room service i had to ask for more waah clothes and towels because its 4 person and they kept on giving 3 each etc...But it was great we do miss it there we didn't want to leave but we are coming back soon. Thanks alot for the hospitality

People are very nice and also their employees. Unfortunately this place there is No Elevator at all and need to be Upgraded! I book my reservation because they had a bowling alley , said it was Open ! They where closed .No Activity for teen kids or children older then 8 year old.

The property was nice and clean but not very updated. The grounds were very large and you have to take shuttles to get to a lot of the places (and sometimes more than one). The food was good but not great.
