The room and staff were awesome beyond my expectations. My only gripe was that the available dining options weren’t great. Although the staff at the hotel’s restaurant were friendly and nice, the available food options were subpar which normally wouldn’t be bad if there were other options nearby in walking or for delivery but there wasn’t which was very disappointing. But I give the hotel a 10 anyway, you just have to know that you’ll need to find better food choices elsewhere.

This property was still under construction so we didn’t get all the amenities (full restaurant/bar) but it was close to lots of places to eat and what was finished was absolutely beautiful

The bed was full of hairs , the shower got clogged , no hot water . No hot tube , but st night no heating The manager Janine was kind and give us another room in the middle of the night and complement breakfast. For the price over 120 usd at night … Still much more to improve in this place. Good location ..

Beautiful room that is spacious and well planned. Plenty of outlets, laundry and fridge. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Area surrounding is under construction but noise levels were pretty quiet. Shopping and food is nearby. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

No tendría palabras exactas para describir en compromiso y entrega de todo el personal del hotel. Un trato súper amable siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El hotel está nuevo, las instalaciones súper lindas y limpias. Las habitaciones realmente son apartamentos donde puedes cocinar y tener todo lo necesario.

Apartamentos novos! Móveis novos! Muito bom.
Hotel recém inaugurado e tudo novinho. Apenas o acesso ainda está sem atualização no google maps. Precisam melhorar o café da manhã que é servido a la carte e com opções limitadas. Fica no downtow de Punta Cana próximo ao Jumbo supermercado e ao Coco Bongo. Mas o apartamento é excelente. É possível pedir transfer para praia de Bibijagua gratuitamente. Bom custo benefício! Estava exatamente como nas fotografias. Tem até máquina de lavar roupas no apartamento.
