Room was awful needed to be clean with Bleach and painted professionally also re caulking and grouting needed staff was ok room and clean was sub par at best and the Manager excuse was it's a party resort so they can't wash walls where the elevator is at and clean stainless steel with all the people traffic

Not happy with our Shuttle service. Shuttle center. The day before we leave I made confirmation to pick us on Thursday at 12.30 pm. But the shuttle pick up came at 935 am. We were out of facility at that time. With no choice we have to reschedule the service for 12.30 pm with additional $29. I already paid for the to and fro transportation. The guy who came at 935 am to pick up without any advance notification was so rude. He said if you are not coming in 10 minutes I am leaving. So I paid extra $29 for shuttle even though I pre paid for all these. We are not young people to take this kind of extra stress. I am requesting for that $ 29 extra payment which I have to make forcefully. Otherwise my stay at Riu Repaplica was excellent , staffs were very friendly. Food was good. When we arrived the room smelled like mildew. The blankets that were in the closet also smelled. The water that came out the shower and sink also had a smell. We were given a map to our room and walked around trying to find our room without any help. Staff were not friendly and there was not much to do at night at the resort. Find another hotel!
