The property is very nice, with 2 pools. One is a deeper pool and one is shallower. The rooms have been recently updated and are standard to what you'd expect. The food was good, with a variety of options. The beach was nice and has white sand and very little seaweed. The shows were good and the entertainment team works very hard every night. There's a small casino on site as well as a disco. The resort was very nice and wood recommend this resort.

Cons: We took our own wash clothes (different fabric) and the cleaning staff took them and never returned them to us. The rooms are dated with minor issues. There was a light fixture that was hanging off the wall when we arrived to our room. Flies was on food that wasn’t being monitored. Food quality questionable and food choices repetitive. Beach peddlers and their hasslers trying to sell something every step I took when my goal was to relax on vacation. Pros: They had working elevators. There were working water refill stations throughout the resort. The staff was friendly despite language barrier. Easy access to beach location. Special shout out to Andre outside the Disco at the bar for providing top notch service. He was our go to location nightly that was also a good cool spot due to multiple ceiling fans operational

The staff was great but the food was very average. I did wish there was greater entertainment that didn’t include guest and something included for the kids to get them out of the sun… like a game room that was not for money. Beds and room were cozy. Circus was great. Again staff was amazing!

Nice hotel - but not 5*

We arrived at 9.30 no welcome drink - just asked to download the app which would give us all the info we needed and given directions to our block ( which was approx 200 yards ) no assistance was given or offered with our luggage . I enquired where we could get food and was told we had 15 mins before the restaurant closed ! The app was pretty good although does have some inconsistencies mainly locations are known differently on the app vs reality. Also there are no details of the main buffet restaurant. The room was clean and reasonably well appointed but a little dated. Shower room was good. In terms of food the main buffet restaurant was good quality (not 5*) desserts were extremely good! The toaster at breakfast was the worst ever encountered 10 laps through to get it even slightly golden - I raised this with a number of staff who would reply “sorry speaka no englese” they would then disappear and take no action. The speciality restaurants were poor & badly managed , we had numerous experiences of food arriving over cooked and cold - but no action was taken or apology given ! The only exception was the French which was 5* full entertainment program- morning were usually quiet, with music starting from noon ramping up at 3pm with team members shouting through microphones to be heard! Those wanting a quiet spot to take in the sun were out of luck. The currency change service would only change US $ or Euros- not good Overall a nice hotel with lovely gardens but not 5* !!

Food is awful….gross mystery meat for omelette station, buffet was not stocked and cleaned properly. No swim up bar, no waitress service at pool. They let vendors come into lobby at night and they are very aggressive! The room was clean and our housekeeper did a great job.

The staff was amazing!! The food was good and nobody got sick! However, if you are a college student I would not recommend this resort because it was very family oriented, I was not prepared for that.
